I've used Royal Luxury on two occasions, for a couple of days each in (7/18 and 8/18). I rented the Range Rover and the '56 Rolls Royce Phantom. The services were amazing! I had the best chauffeur one could hope for(Suav). I highly recommend this company! I look forward to doing business again with y'all! Love from Texas!!!

One thing I would say mark is very disrespectful he gave me a directive I followed it and then when I called in he gives me a whole new piece of information in which i didnt mind yet owning your wrong is a great part of business. he lost a great set of customers today (us) as we planned to use the limo services yet Mark has truly dishonered the Company. I personally wouldnt have written this if i was not made to be so upset. I feel like going to the office for mark to talk all that lingo to my face when personally I dont even see what the issue was. Oh yeah the fact he couldnt admit he was wrong

See the messages for yourself but the worker is extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. I've been a loyal client for several years but guess my opinion has changed since they hire such disrespectful lower level employees. I've paid per hour before but I've also booked for about 5 hrs with a constant baseline price and I've never signed the contrast first without knowing the price I'll be charged since that would be fraud. Plainly said this service was great but has since deteriorated in integrity so just a fair warning to their potential fraud victims.

When searching for a limo for my daughters prom, i stumbled upon this company. I did read some bad reviews, but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. On the website it says $100+ an hour. I called and got quoted, for a Cadillac escalade, 6hrs for $1,200. I know it says $100 PLUS, but i didnt expect them to double the price per hour. What a joke! Just be careful and read the fine prints.

I recently booked them for my Bday, I spoke to Mark and we agreed on the Range Rover Limo with jet door, what an outstanding vehicle, the driver was a total professional, it was a rainy day and he got out of the vehicle introduced himself to my friends and asked who the birthday boy was, he then explained where all the plugins for the hand helds were and waited for rest of my friends to arrive. He helped us in and out of limousine and made sure to hold an umbrella so we dont get wet.

Horrible customer service. I called to receive a quote and the person answered with "hello," without even saying the name of the company. They list many specials on their website, but every one that I inquired about was unavailable for a different reason which was not listed. Apparently the specials are not available for daytime rates, weekends, and even the one for a Saturday wine tour he said was not available for this particular Saturday. So essentially, the specials are never attainable.
He was very rude and dismissive on the phone, which is a surprise considering I am someone interested

Customer service was horrible!
The limo arrived dirty!
I suspect the driver was racist, he did no assist the ladies in and out of the limo, and made us walk long blocks to meet him. They almost ruined my sister's bachelorette celebration. Thank God we made the best of it.
I would never recommend them to anyone I know.

The price was the absolute best. This limousine service experience was very pleasant . I will not use any other service in the future. Driver took it easy on the hwy, he helped us out getting out of the car, offered drinks, etc. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a polite chauffeur and immaculate car. This was our first time using a limo service, and spouse and I were so thankful that Franke was there to pick us up and drove us around! The experience was very fine one. Car smelled good and that is the main thing that we worried about. We are planning to use them in the future when we are in town.

I recently traveled to NYC with my fiance and wanted to explore various places and tourist sites while there. I called Royal Luxury. I definitely was impressed. Booking was easy, the driver was very helpful and polite while the prices for this service were very reasonable. The limo was very clean and not to mention roomy for a couple of full grown adults. The driver was very much on point and on time. My fiance and I arrived at our destinations with time to spare and it was a decent ride not hurried or rushed at all.
