I work for EDS in Denver Colorado at the car rental return by the airport,
I AM A CURRENT EMPLOYEE..
#1 thing, they don’t not care about their employees, my manager doesn’t make a schedule that would have another employee relieve the morning shift, instead I have to just leave because nobody comes in for 2 hours and I’m hungry/thirsty/have to use the restroom/have heat exhaustion with no managers around.
#2 thing, I stand out in the 100 degree sun for 8 hours a day, plus the heat from engines running and the heat off the pavement, this company refuses to provide the basics someone would
