My passion is helping clients find an optimum sense of health and wellness through the ancient, non-religious practice of Reiki. Having a background in social work, education, meditation, dance, Tai Chi and movement enables me to provide clients with individualized treatment plans that will enhance their sense of well-being and empowerment for their own healing.
Working closely with patients' physicians, other staff members, and of course the most important person - the patient, we designed the best therapeutic massage to support health and wellness. 5 My education in massage therapy was from Cortiva Institute, School of Massage Therapy, where I had an intensive education in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, Ethics, Business, and various treatment modalities.

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system.

I have experienced many massage therapists over the past 25 years. If you are interested in a fabulous massage that will give you a sense of deep relaxation--Paula is the therapist for you. Her office is peaceful, and in addition to massage, she also practices Reiki. I left the office feeling very well cared for, my muscles and mind relaxed. I look forward to returning for my next massage. I have never been disappointed.
