I had an amazing massage. That is not the issue. I was cheated and charged for a 90 minute massage when I just received a 60 minute.
I was in such a daze, because I had been in pain and finally received pain relief, I glanced at the clock with blurry eyes. It was not until I left that I realized the actual time. I thought it would be a simple fix.
I called and the man tried to re-write history telling me the time I left wasn't the time I left. Then when I stood firm he said, he didn't know how to refund me the money owed. I only asked for the difference. I wanted the woman to keep her tip- she

You will get what you pay for ($55 for 60 min). My friend and I were very disappointed at the quality of both of our massages. Both our masseuses seemed inexperienced and left us worse off than when we came in. We were also forced to pay 20% tip. There is also very little privacy, we could hear other sessions going on, conversations, even someone coughing up their phlegm.

These are the best massages I have ever received and I have been everywhere. This is a no frills environment, but it is spotless. During Covid, I felt more than safe coming every two weeks. The bathroom is immaculate. If you are looking for the Ritz, go there and pay $200 for a massage.

Purchased Groupon for 1hour massage. The female massage therapist only did the back and not the front side when asked to turn around. She kept the sheet over body but did not massage as she had done the back side. At the end. Of session she asked for 12 dollars extra for tip. I told her this was groupin price already paid for. She kept insisting for the 12 dollar tip which brought the price to same an no deal. I told her that massage was not even complete. She said next time don't buy the Groupon and will do entire massage. This was not honest service. Groupin should aware of what they are trying
