Vivian and Alice did such an amazing job! My husband and I went for a couples massage and were able to both have it tailored to our needs - Hot Stone and Deep Tissue! We were only in Boston for a short time and they got us right in. They communicated about pressure through massage and were so talented and professional! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Quite literally a hidden gem in Downtown Boston! Had an amazing massage with Vivian and a mani/pedi too. This is a very well run business focused on quality service! If you’re looking for a real massage by licensed therapists, then this is your spot. Vivian knew exactly where and how to relieve tight spots and was communicative throughout to make sure I could handle the pressure. It’s no surprise that while I was there for my first time that I saw many repeat customers come in! Great to see an elevated, authentic Chinese massage was available so close to home. I’ll be back again soon.

Me and a couple of my friends organized baby shower surprise party for our other friend. Our to-be mom took Prenatal Massage, a couple of other people took Body Massage & Foot reflexology massage; Hot Stone Therapeutic Massage all of them had a really good time. Winnie and all her group members were really good; the Masseuse were constantly checking with the clients regarding the pressure they were applying & making sure it wasn't too much. I was taken back 20 minutes late for my appointment, and there was no one inside if the spa. I was then required to pay for my service before it was even completed.
I booked for a spa pedicure which was only 20 minutes. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I would not go here!

I stopped in for a massage on a whim while vacationing with my mom and it did not disappoint! Everyone was very warm, genuine and professional and the massage was the best I've ever had. I've been struggling with a frozen shoulder and so much tension from a fall I had a couple years ago and I left there with better range of motion and more mobility. I was practically floating afterward! I wish I lived closer otherwise I would make this a monthly habit for sure.

I found RelaxSation on Yelp and was excited to get a gel manicure here ($35). Unfortunately, the experience did not live up. The only chair option was a bar stool (when I inquired, I was told the establishment was too small and that was why I couldn't have a chair with a back). I was willing to accept that though disappointed because I expected comfortable seating during the service. My chosen nail polish color was too light on my nails, which was completely understandable. However, when this has happened at any other salon, the technician is usually able to suggest another option or do something

I initially went to RelaxSation because they have convenient weekend hours and usually have availability for last minute appointments. After visiting for the first time, I was impressed with their efficiency, quality, and reasonable prices. The gel manicures I've gotten from RelaxSation last 3 weeks without chipping. Would recommend to anyone looking for convenient manicure services.

The ambiance was underwhelming, the pedicure was fine, but the foot massage...holy Moses! Amazing! At other nail salons I've been to, the gal half heartedly rubs some lotion into your skin but not here. Here it's a real Foot Massage! My feet feel like a million bucks now. Wish I could come back every day for the foot massage, it's that good

I called ahead and was able to get my nails done within the first hour of them being open. I was instantly started with the color selection which had plenty of options.
The gel manicure was truly a manicure with a short hand massage included. My nails look beautiful and even though she completed my nails in record time, the attention to detail was still wonderful.

First time I went, I did simple nail art. My nails turned out amazing! In fact, Ping was very meticulous, and that alone brought me back to get my nails done again. Ping was super-efficient, and attentive to details; she filed, buffed, removed cuticles, and applied gel to each nail. Also, she carefully inspected each and every nail to make sure they were absolutely perfect. This is definitely not a pop in and pop out place for a quickie manicure, they but a lot of work into these and it shows in the final product. It has been over a week and my nails are still intact and feel freshly done!

This is a rare find gem and my go-to massage and nail place in Boston. The staff are the making of the experience: they are all highly skilled and conscientious. Winnie, the manager, is lovely and clearly cares deeply about her clients. The two massage therapists I have seen, Anne and Lisa, are fantastic, while the nail technician Kym is a superb artist, as my pictures attest. The prices here are very reasonable. Very highly recommended!

First time here after read about all the reviews and I am extremely happy that I tried it. I went for a pedicure and I have ingrown on my toe nail that I've been suffering from for some time and Kim really worked on it and did an an absolutely amazing job and spend her time to choose a color for me! I would 100% recommend this place!
I am so upset that I couldn't give a tip to her because they take the payment before the job and you could only give a cash or Venmo which I didn't have both at the time. But, I will definitely double tip her next time!

Make an appointment. If you don't make one and show up after work, you will likely have to wait for a long time. Located in the basement of a building, it is a small space. The cleanliness is ok.

There are 2 rooms, one for pedicures, and one for manicures. The lady did a pretty good job. The prices are on their website:
