Steve has it all, the resources, the connections and the patience to take your portfolio and turn things around in your favor when it comes to mortgages and loans. I highly recommend his office as the go to place for your anything loan. We started to Refi our loan almost 12 months ago. We had some credit score issues but my income and debt to income were solid. I went from one broker to another who said they could get it done for me only to end up wasting time and money.
Most of these guys use the same system and the mortgage business has reduced all of us borrowers to just numbers. They put your FICO score into the system and it's either a yes or a no. There is no expertise to this industry it seems.
