Last two year's W-2's. If you have been at your current job more than two years, your most recent W2 is all we should need. Copy of your last two month's bank statements for all assets. We need every page of the statement even if the page is left blank intentionally. If you include an investment account and you only receive quarterly statements - one statement is fine.

Thank you Neil and Alex for making the mortgage process surprisingly stress-free. Community First had the best rates and they were very forthcoming about all the fees associated with the home purchase. Other lenders I talked to were not as forthcoming about disclosing rates and fees. In addition, both Neil (loan officer) and Alex (loan processor) were very informative, responsive, and kind when we had questions or wanted clarification about the process. I highly highly recommend working with Community First if you want to get the best of both worlds: great rates and stellar customer service.

Lowest interest rate, with fastest closing time (5-10 days), in all the homes I have bought so far and this is my fourth home purchase !!
Excellent support from Brian, Laura and Michael. They answered all my questions satisfactorily, usually in matter of minutes. On occasions I needed to speak with Brian or Laura, I was always able to speak with them over the phone each time. Never had to call back.
