Prices are reasonable, however don't expect the hired help at Coldwell to do much more than as little as possible. Either they are so slammed they can't keep up or they think you can wait till they are ready to assist you. Whenever that might be. I wouldn't let them manage a property for me. I won't be leasing from them either. They do not appreciate tenants or perspective tenants. If you want friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and happy from your property management team. Go anywhere else but here!!! In my opinion, anyone would be better than Oscar for a leader. Anyone!!!!

They’re the worst. They don’t help and they select who they can rent too. When everybody works hard af for theyre money and are on the brink of being homeless they still don’t care get a co signer I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or sign with them

Multiple emails. Calls leaving messages. And I never did get anyone to help me with a property. And it was over a 2 week span. Just horrible
Update- upon Oscars reply. I contacted him. An application was made. A property picked, email only back and forth Fri-sun. My plan was signing lease by eSign and forgo looking at property as I had been trying to recover from covid. But needed to move. Late Monday surprise, where's my app? Now it's missing. Not received. The dog ate it, who knows! But wait, maybe it's been located. Needless to say, the proper and appropriate thing would've been in the week

Very great company especially Mr Oscar and Ann Marie great realtors who listen to you and meet your expectations of what you need!!! No complaints here! They also respond in a timely manner.. 5 stars is not enough 🙂

Started moving in to a new place on the 1st of June move in was super easy Anna & Bryan we're beyond helpful application process was simple I moved in sight unseen which actually wasn't a bad idea at first because the property owner did a awesome job getting property ready thought everything was going to go smoothly neighbors are super friendly area seems pretty quite at night BUT lastnight was our first night staying in the property and this morning my frustration is over it I had to pour water in back of toilet everytime we wanted to flush to back of cover off to see why it wasn't filling up

Coldwell property management has been managing my properties for four years and have consistently provided excellent services. They have worked to get the rents up to market value while maintaining high occupancy. Tenants are pleased with their attention and responsiveness. I have been quite happy with their response to my inquiries and timeliness to provide reports and complete accounting functions accurately. Could not be happier and highly recommend Coldwell property management.

I lived in a Coldwell Property for one year. When I moved out, I was expecting a refund from a portion of my $500 deposit. Instead, I received a bill for almost $200. I was charged for damages I had listed on my inventory move in sheet. I WAS LIVID!!! I called the company and was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call that day or the next , so I assumed the worst and knew I was in for a fight, and I was ready! Ann Marie, Dayna and Cyanne were absolutely great to work with. They went over and above to be helpful. We really appreciated the quick responses and great level of communication. They made the process of leasing a house seamless even though we were four hours away. If there were 10 stars in this review I would give them. For non-local parents seeking a GREAT agency for your college kiddos, you really should consider these folks at Coldwell. We flew into town for a couple of days driving around campus area looking for properties and called multiple agencies on signs/homes that looked interesting. These people are unbelievable. They wouldn't hire me for a position that I'm qualified for because I'm fat and ugly. Then when I asked about a rental house on their website, the listing was immediately removed. They are snobs and major jerks!!!!!!

Our company, MSquared Construction Services works with Coldwell by helping keep their properties in good order. The staff at CB are always very supportive and eager to help us. They are prompt when returning phone calls and offering assistance. I believe they take great care of the tenants. They seem to be on top of making sure the tenants are taken care of quickly. They are the go between the owner of the property and the tenant so things may be out of their hands at times. We have enjoyed working with the staff at CB and hope to continue our relationship with them.
