My boyfriend and I have been living in a property for about four months now and all the experiences have been great with the staff. Any maintenance requests have been handled extremely quickly. Last night(Friday) I came home to the hot water heater leaking and within 15-20 minutes they had someone here getting it drained so it wouldn’t cause damage and now within twelve hours later they already have a new hot water heater getting installed. When we moved in we had some issues to get fixed and they were fixed same day. No rental company is perfect but it’s clear that this place tries to do right

I worked with someone for over a week preparing to visit from out of state to view properties. I wanted to get the application approval out of the way before flying out. I was told that no application would be considered without first viewing the property. BUT they still let you apply for properties, so I did.
Per their instruction I gave them a list of properties to see a day before I flew out from California. I didn't hear back from anyone until 9:45am on the day I was supposed to view properties and was told I did not get accepted for any properties I listed. Why the hell couldn't they do that

I can’t speak highly enough of Adrian, the manager of the property I rented. He’s a consummate professional, helpful, and highly responsive. Any issues I ever had were immediately dealt with, and his kind demeanor is a rare trait these days.
Admittedly, my market was a lower-price-range, shorter-term situation, but for the money the available inventory more than meet my needs.

Waited several months before reviewing my experience because I wanted to cool down and get my thoughts together before posting. I moved out of my property in March 2021. Location Rentals took over management on the small 2 bedroom house I was renting in the middle of my lease, communication was easy and there were no hiccups with the transition but to my shock I was absolutely taken advantage of when moving out.
For context - I have been a renter everywhere from Stillwater OK to uptown Dallas TX and have never had a management company take my ENTIRE deposit until working with Location Rentals

We were moving to Lubbock from Tennessee, and having difficulty finding a place to rent due to my husband recently having started his own business. Not only were they willing to help me find solutions to prove our income, they were always responsive and timely. I worked with Alicia, and she was incredibly dedicated to helping us find a place that would work with our three kids. Then I worked with Pam on my approval process, she was great to help me through it from so far away. I called multiple places and believe it or not they were one of the only one who have office staff who answered the phones

Tyler is our property manager and we could not be happier. Especially after having awful experiences with other rental companies in Lubbock. Location rentals and more specifically Tyler is very attentive, professional, and quick. Whenever a problem arises it’s a no hesitation quick fix and usually gets done in a day. My roommates and I have been really happy with the way the home we rented was given to us during move in, and the service they provide.

I have been a rental property owner around Lubbock for a while and am continuing to add to my portfolio every single year, even though I live 7 hours away. The ONLY way that it works is to have a rock star property manager. That’s what Dana and Location Rentals are…Rock Star Property Managers. Submitting a maintenance request is so easy, and they reply and let you know what is going to happen, who and when someone will be there to fix your issue well within 24hrs, in many cases within just a few hours.
Dana, my leasing Manager has got to be the best at Location Rentals. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure any maintenance request have been met timely. Dana has such a great personality, very personable, and she is so easy to talk to.
