Express Pizza Bedford

We came from church and stopped in to order a large half onion half cheese. We haven't been in to Express Pizza such a long time (dare I say it was when the Greek couple owned it?) as we are not home much on weekends and when we do return on sunday evenings - they are closed. But we ARE here this weekend and I've been raving about this place to my son.

He voted it hands down "the BEST pizza"...I had to agree - great cheese, sauce and crust....you made quite the impression on my ten year old son!! thanks!

For 44$ I got 2 wing ding dinners that came with 6 wings each, 2 sodas and a small steak and cheese that had no spice or seasoning but I was lucky enough to get unmelted cheese. Shame on you charging almost 50$ for this trash

Slow on delivery but if you call to have take out and go and get your food it is very good

Food is fantastic. Pizza is classic NY style and their Italian subs are the best around. Chicken fingers are worth a try too!

Best pizza in Bedford. Have been enjoying them for30 years. Excellent cheese sticks and love their sausage sub.

My favorite go to pizza place in Bedford. Love their crust and cheese especially. Plus the pizza is great for leftovers, if there are any. The owner is so nice. Plus love the idea of cupcakes if I need dessert.

Perfect spot for a mini pizza and a cupcake after a bike ride. Cupcakes were delicious, pizza was good too, fresh and hot.

Good pizza. Delivery time is consistently sub par though. Don't understand why it's so difficult to make it to me within an hour and a half. At times it's 2+ hours which is insane. Keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt but just wow.

Not once have I gone here and had my order been ready..... I've called my order in showed up when I was told and still waited another 20 minutes.... I've used their app showed up when I was told to and waited another 30 minutes.... and one time I placed my order through the app and knowing they had never been on time before I showed up 20 minutes after the time the app told me to arrive only to find out they hadn't even started my order yet and had to wait 45 minutes for them to make my food the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their curly fries are really really good

We ordered online to Express Pizza to be delivered, and received a text confirmation that our pizza would arrive at a certain time. 10 mins after the order should have arrived, we called. Apparently the app they use did not alert them when our order was placed, or when the order was to be delivered. The woman we spoke to said it is better to order by phone from them, instead via the Slice App. Well why do they still use a faulty app?
She then gave us excuses that it was the app's fault. We explained we had hungry toddlers we needed to feed, and really just needed our food.

This pizza was delicious! Beyond expectation! Delivery took 45 mins after I was told it would take 45 mins. Great customer service and product. Pizza was hot. Pizza was cheesy. Pizza was great pizza. Do not listen to the bad review from the grumpy person about a long wait for this great pizza. It is still great pizza when it arrives. Just do it. Enjoy it. Pizza it.

Delicious pizza! We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. I usually go for thick crust pizza but their crust was perfect!

Was told delivery would take an hour. I said no problem. I called after 1hr 15 minute. I said I am calling about my pizza to xyz address. She said 20 minutes and hung up. I called back and asked for the manager. That was the manager. She said they usually dont deliver to 'these far out places'. I googled their diatance and I am 2.5 miles away. She tried explaining that they live in this 'crazy gridlocked town'. I told her maps says its going to take 9 minutes. 1 hr 35 minutes later, the pizza ia still not here. She sais she would call the driver. I called back 5 minutes later

Don't bother. Second time trying to order from this place where they are so understaffed they can't make it happen. I'll never call this place again. Learn how to run a business.

They are lightning quick to respond to Yelp reviews but a light drizzle stops them in their tracks.

I contacted Laura at Bedford Cupcakes to help me come up with a concept for a birthday/surprise engagement cake. I had no idea what I wanted but she sent me many options and ideas and suggested a cupcake pull apart cake that's shaped like a ring!!! It's perfect and she put so much time and effort into it, I literally can't wait to help throw off the surprise tonight with these cupcakes! They were ready exactly when she said they'd be, I'm so impressed with the creativity and professionalism of the whole team!

Pizza was disfigured and only tasted fine. Delivery took 1 hour 45 mins. If you live on Hanscom AFB, order from somewhere else
