Services
Harts Run Fitness is owned and operated by Anthony Hayt, Mason Klug, and Erik Klug. We've worked hard to bring together a diverse, talented, and energetic family of instructors, trainers, and therapists to help you with your fitness journey. Here, we introduce ourselves in our own words. I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 with my first certification in willPower and grace.
Our facility houses a 4000 square foot cardio and weight room that includes treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals and bikes; 1lb-90lb dumbbells; a full complement of cable machines; training accessories including TRX, bands, boxes, and steps; and a fitness room for stretching and cooldowns. Harts Run Fitness welcomes lifters of all levels.
If you fail to cancel before the appropriate time, Harts Run Fitness retains the right to charge you the full price for your missed session. Unused classes, personal training sessions, and nutritional sessions purchased in a package may be returned for a pro-rated rate. Gym membership payments will not be returned once a charge is made.
Our massage practitioner, Becca Cutright, LMT can provide massage for all needs, from soothing relaxation to targeted treatment on 'problem' areas to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and calm the nervous system. Traditional Swedish style and deep tissue massage techniques are combined with neuromuscular therapy (trigger points), myofascial release, specific passive stretching, and joint mobilization based on the individual's unique needs.
Harts Run Fitness can help you with one of the most difficult and important parts of your fitness journey - nutrition. Whether your goals involve weight loss or weight gain, dieting for specific competitions/sports, or just basic macro guidance, we've got your covered. Furthermore, Jan is a certified holistic nutrition specialist, and can help you with more specific needs.

These guys run a great ship. 24/7 is incredibly convenient, they have a deadlift platform and deadlift bar (I don't know another gym in the area that does), and they have multiple racks with pins that allow for squatting and benching safely. Dumbbells through 100 lbs., too, as well as a number of machines essential for a well-rounded training session.
They offer an incredibly supportive, welcoming, and informative atmosphere whether your primary goal is to get stronger (me) or improve/maintain your health and physicality in general.

Carla is a wonderful yoga teacher who conducts the perfect class for all levels. Lisa's classes are like going to the spa and full of fun things to try. Kim is a very creative teacher who thinks up such amazing transitions that it's like dance class. Joy teaches a very mindful class that is great for any age or fitness level. I haven't tried the other teachers yet. The studio is pristine and all ages are welcomed. I love the cold lavender scented towels after the hot classes!
