This is the worst renting company we have dealt with
I have 3 children who went through collage and renting apartments but this is the worst ever
Very tricky management company and committing fraud
We paid $100 then $50 registration fee
But my daughter decided not to rent this apartment
It was too expensive
More expensive that showed in their add
They refused to cancel the initial application
They are trying to get my daughter to find someone to sublet the apartment for next year
My daughter never saw the apartment and her only fault is applying for the lease
Planning to hire a lawyer

Whatever you do, DO NOT live in Aspire. It seems great on the surface. It's new and clean and in a great area, but please trust me on this, do not live there. The management is the worst management I have ever seen. If I had to guess, Aspire was run by middle schoolers. We signed a re-lease within a couple days of being able to. Found out yesterday that we weren't able to stay in our room because they overbooked. Ok not too big of a deal we'll just have to move to another building (by the way we were explicitly told that we were guaranteed a room and the transfer fee will be waived. But wait, there

While the apartments are nice, a little on the small side, the walls are extremely thin. The rent is also pretty expensive for what the apartment is, given that the trash rooms seem to break every week and it'll take the apartment management weeks to clean up any liquid that is dropped in the hallways. Possibly one of the most annoying things is that management will do room checks not at the hours they advertise! I understand needing to fix the apartment, but every single time they have come to check rooms or fire alarms, it's at a time not listed in their email (either multiple days early or multiple

I'm going to go ahead and preface this review with the fact this is my first year living with Aspire and my first apartment on campus.
Pros:
-Clean
-Modern look
-Smart Home system
-Furniture that is supplied is very nice
Cons:
-Poor construction: The walls are made of a very flimsy material and get marks on them from almost anything, bathrooms get dusty and the air vent has to be cleaned, doors don't always lock so I've come home to my door being completely open because the hinge had to be fixed.
-Internet: Especially with a lot of people moving to online classes now, you would think that

2nd year here and its honestly not worth it. Your cold air doesn't work for half the year because they turn it off and are worried about the pipes freezing when its been below zero and they would freeze regardless if it was an issue, but its not. That alone makes the cost of living here not worth it. The "cold" air will heat the room ironically.
There is so much empty space in between the walls, near the washing machine, and lucky me, my apartment neighbors speakers are in the same corner where my bed. Not only does that amplify the bass frequencies even more, but it shakes the walls even more

I'm type of person who do not write Google review at all, but I must write today.
This review is subject to change based on my living experience.
I have not started the living yet; hence the only criteria I can assess is the management. So far, they are not adequately doing their job.
I have been asking for a parking permit over two weeks ago, and all they did was keep sending me to the Purdue parking facility to buy the parking permit, saying that they sent the proper information.
Purdue parking facility was saying the same. They have not gotten any information from the apartment.

Overall Nice place to live. The smart home features are pretty cool, but most of us only use them from time to time. The building is nice, the internet is super fast (on Ethernet. Wifi is average) and the maintenance people are quick to get back to you when you file a service request. Our AC broke and they had a guy here in less than an hour.
TL;DR: I recommend this place if you can get in. It's a nice place to live even if it's a long walk to campus.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Their payment system is absolutely flawed. They struggle to accept your payments. Barring you for the entire year if you make a mistake for your payment to only be able to use the archaic money-order or cashier checks. On top of that, you're sleeping in the space of a walk-in-closet with white-washed rooms for a miserable "modern" look. The walls which absorb the color of anything that comes into contact with them. Not to mention the significant year round struggle with internet. Despite the "high-speed" internet

Lived here for the 2019-2020 school year. It was clear that in the days leading up to opening they were rushing to make the place presentable (crude/incomplete landscaping, sawdust in the rooms, unimplemented amenities). I'm willing to forgive this though as things did progress adequately throughout the year.
Overall, the place was excellent. Great location, good quality appliances, and an all-around sense of comfort. The internet did have some hiccups (as many have pointed out), and the "smart home" tech took a dive every once in a while, but I can chalk these up as nuisances and not make spectacles
