Trust in Eric! As transparent & kind a mechanic that you will find. If you want to feel like you’re not just another customer, stop by K2 & you won’t be disappointed. He worked with my insurance (State Farm) to get all brand new factory parts. Because of the state of the industry today, parts are not easy or quick to come by. Eric kept me posted throughout & once all the parts were in, he started right away & was done in a few days. Car looks brand new & he even buffed out & repainted some scratches that were not a part of the accident. Excellent job 👍🏼

Where to begin. Tried reaching out to the owner "Eric" but received no call back. Went over to the shop and he was still not available and left a message with the technician. Still waiting several months later and no response. I have been a loyal customer so far but I'm wondering if he only cares about his "exotic car" customers. I would find a better shop. And I do own several cars but I will not be back.

So relieved I found this place to handle body work and repainting. Eric and his team were awesome from start to finish. He was willing to use his expertise to help me decide on door repairs vs door replacement and encouraged me to take my time deciding. 2 day turn around time and accurately estimated costs upfront. New door and paint job are impeccable. Would definitely recommend K2!

Eric is the guy that you don't want to see too often, but he's definitely the person you want to see if you damage your car.
We had a scrape and ding that ran from the front right bumper to the fender. Eric gave us a very reasonable quote and delivered the vehicle on time, working with us to disrupt our commute schedule as little as possible. The repair job was nothing short of immaculate as you can see in the pictures.
We wholeheartedly recommend K2 for anyone who finds themselves needing auto body services.

So I'm definitely very late making this review. About 6 weeks ago I had scratches on my front bumper. I took it to K2 after he quoted me a great price and after taking my charger to him 48 hours later it was fixed. I was worried about the color not being the same because one end would be freshly painted and the other isn't, but that wasn't the case. The job was absolutely perfect.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had, whether independent or dealer, body or mechanical. Eric is professional, transparent, communicative, and reliable. He told me exactly how much the body work would cost and when it would be complete. His estimate was lower than 2 others in the area and I didn't want to run this through my insurance - I paid out of pocket, so the cost was extra important. You won't find better value or experience.

Where do i start? This auto body shop is 10/10 HANDS DOWN! I had a rear diffuser added onto my infiniti q60 and Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the add on. He helped me get a heat gun mark that was on my right brake light and he's simply a genuine nice dude. I would recommend to anyone who cares about their cars, i went to other body shops and came back to unnecessary scratch marks/ burns (from the heat gun). Brought my lexus here after some body damage to fender and bumper.

Eric replaced my Driver's side mirror recently and I'm happy with his work. From the start, he was efficient, quick to respond and provided me with a succinct but detailed price breakdown and quote through email. In addition, he gave me a realistic timeline as to when to expect the part and time to repair it. I did shop around for other quotes, and found Eric to be the most reliable, quick to respond and cost effective. Providing communication options through email was also beneficial due to Covid. I'm glad I went with his company and am happy to support his business.

That would've explained the silence on the other end, and also could have saved me a lot of time as well, as I really needed my car repaired and you told me you would take care of it. This review should've been posted a long time ago, but better late than never. Eric and the team did an excellent job fixing the trim on my AMG GT when the dealership wouldn't step up to the plate. I recently needed to have my entire Corvette front bumper repainted due to chips and minor damage. K2 Auto Body came in highly recommended by many of my friends as a trusted place to do the work.

My husband and I had such a good experience with Eric and his team when we took my husband's car to K2 Auto Body that the next week we were back to have some scratches / chips taken out of the bumper of my car. They also fixed a loose piece inside my door that was making noise and even washed my car inside and out which was amazing. Afterward, Eric goes over every detail of the work done with you and makes sure you are totally satisfied with the job. Good price and quick turn-around too. Highly recommend.

The service here was nothing short of amazing. I came here looking for an estimate to get some body work done on my Tucson. Eric came out and greeted us and gave us an estimate that was very competitive. He quoted a time range of 5 days but actually finished my car in 3 days.
When I got my car back it looked better than when I bought it. If I ever need any body work done on my current car or a future car this is the place I will be going.

Brought my car into Eric after an awful hit and run and he fixed my car up in a matter of 2 weeks but really we waited a week for parts so the work actually took 1 week! I was super impressed with the work. He kept me updated throughout the entire time and even after to check in on how my car was after! Would 100% recommend!!

Few months before I got hit from my neighbor in the parking lot. The paint from the rear bumper is cracked due to this incident. I got an estimation from Eric with a very decent fixing price. He repainted the whole bumper and installed it back perfectly. The whole process took only 2 days without headache.
Eric is a friendly nice person and he is knowledgeable with automobile.

My car came back better than it was before I drove it off the dealership. Just the care and attention to detail, K2 is the best auto body shop I ever went to.
I scratched the right side of my BMW 338 and was so upset about it. My husband emailed Eric on a Sunday with photos and he replied first thing Monday with a quote. We dropped off on a Weds and now on Saturday, I already have the car back with me with all my scratches fixed and gone and the interior sparkling clean. I am very OCD and honestly my car looks brand new.

I've had a taxi cab passenger swing open a door as I was passing by. The impact sent my driver side mirror flying and left a two foot dent in the door.
Eric guided me through every step of recovery. I've received advice on how to approach my insurance and pursue the taxi. I was briefed on the materials and what was beyond salvaging and needed replacement.
Ultimately, K2 made sure the car looked as good as new and door/window/lock/mirror operated as intended.

After going through the traumatic experience of being involved in a hit-and-run with a NYC garbage truck, my Audi S5 was in a horrible shape. Upon recommendations from friends, I brought "her" in to K2 for emergency surgery.
They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and they did an excellent job with the repairs. The car literally looked as new as when I had initially purchased it. They even fixed a small ding I had that wasn't even part of the accident as courtesy.
