I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! When we decided to moved across the country, we were very scared to rent out our house! But, we couldn’t have been more happy with each step of the process over the last year.
At the beginning, Joe (the property manager at GPM) came to our house and answered all of our questions and explained the process and fees. I especially liked the fact that GPM will inspect the *inside* of the house more frequently than other companies.
They took great pictures to market the house on MLS.
They were skilled at picking the best renters.

We hired this company to find a good renter for my mother’s house, whom had to move into a retirement community. We’ve been very happy with their staff and the efficiency of how Brad manages his business! They found us the perfect renters (a retired couple) and deal with problems that arise instead of us, but always keep us well informed! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again! We give them two thumbs up!

Brad has been my rental property manager for 10 years. I am very lucky to have him. I travel often. Brad and his team keep me worry free. Brad is an awesome realtor and runs a great property management company. Everyone we worked with at Gregory Property Management have been very professional and treated us well. Joe kept an eye on my property in sammamish and took care of the tenant. Brad was awesome in navigating the pandemic related challenges this year and selling our house above list price. Brad has been managing 2 of my rentals for about 10 years. I also have 2 other rentals, one is out of his area, the other I recently turned over to him. Why? Because after experiencing 4 different PMs over those 10 years, he is hands down the best. He doesn't just manage the rental process, but he actually is making sure my homes are well maintained. He watches over them like they were his own, calling attention to repairs and maintenance issues that need to be addressed in order to protect my investment. Seamless and conscientious service. That is what I receive from Brad Gregory and his team. I almost forget I have a rental property except for the money deposited in my account. From the start, almost 2 years ago, the communication has been excellent, thorough and with a win-win attitude. After interviewing several property managers for my Moms condo we decided on Bradley because of his experience, integrity and excitement in the condo after a fully renovation project due to previous manager who let a hoarder completely ruin the place.
