If it were possible to give fewer or negative stars, I would.
We have been trying to form an HOA since March 2020 when the pandemic began. We are still trying to set up the HOA because of the continuous lack of communication, poor response rate, constant over-booking, and really unprofessional emails.
We are still trying to form our HOA because our agent constantly backs out of meeting, and double-books us before cancelling. In particular, he has promised us to have the HOA setup in February. It is mid-may now and we are still waiting for them to stop cancelling meetings and ignoring our requests

This is a internet virtual company that the only place you can find them is the emails when they collecting bills from you. They don't like to call you, text you or mail you, to say nothing to visit the property they are managing. They don't reach new owner who just moved in and update contact. As long as checks are keep sending, they wont even tell you there should be statement report send to your place monthly. But at the end of the year they will suddenly remember the address where the checks came from and send you a b-----ig late fee notice and threat you sending collector. For you were not

Hoping that this is just a rough start on what will be a smooth road ahead. My family is a new tenant to a property they manage. The initial showing the previous tenant still lived in the space, on the walk through and lease signing it was clear that there was no intention of a deep clean or a fresh coat of paint, poor patch jobs and other cosmetic repairs were all documented and emailed to the agent as requested. The response was simply just hang pictures up where the previous tenant did reusing holes and "I guess they weren't that good at drywall work." We could paint the walls if we felt we

My wife and I moved out of state and did not want to sell our home in Seattle thinking we may move back there in the future. Nick has been managing our property for seven years now and has always been responsive to us and to our tenants. The neighbors are our friends and have zero complaints about the tenants they find. We are seldom vacant for more than a few weeks. Nick let's us know when thinks in the house need replacing or updating. Makes owning a rental property from out of state really easy. Great team to work with.

This company has dounped out expenses in the course of one year, falsified out financial reports to mislead up on the true nature of our expenses, and as a result we just had to approve a $40,000 special assessment that has already been spent. When you fail this miserably at writing a budget then there you are in the wrong business. Hire someone worth the expense. Thomas is not

Circle Point has been a blessing on assisting a self-managed building to become a building run on a professional level. May be sour grapes from other reviews here due to losing control. The financials have been reset properly where a recent unit sale occurred without any report issues. Operational gaps are being resolved, i.e. fire extinguishers, elevator, maintenance. It was badly needed and improvement is significant. The HOA's interview process is now confirmed that this was the right choice.
