Rick is our property manager and while we have only moved into our rental a week ago, we're very happy with his service. We already had some minor work orders that were promptly addressed and he always goes above and beyond to help us. We feel that he is a great liasion between us and the homeowners. Rick Mayorga is a very quick and efficient property manager when it comes to getting anything fixed for my rental. Just wanted to leave a brief comment/review about how great of an experience we've had thus far with Coldwell Banker but more importantly with Rick. We contacted him several times this year about issues we've had with our rental unit; everyone of them was a painless process. Rick was quick and prompt with contacting us back and setting up times that were good for us to have them looked over and fixed.
