We require 3 times (3x) the rent amount in documented, and verifiable income. Maximum of 2 adult incomes will be considered. Applicants must meet the 3 times rent income requirement, for at least 3 months prior to applying. Note: Income with an end date will be calculated by determining the total amount of the benefits still available and dividing it by 12.
The keys and remotes must be returned to one of Provest Realty Inc's offices. Please make sure to provide your forwarding address and receipt for carpet cleaning when you visit the office. When moving out of your present residence, one of your most important considerations will undoubtedly be taking the proper steps to ensure the prompt and complete return of your security deposit.

I used Provest a year ago for about a year. I am going to be using another property management company when my wife and relocate for the military. The tenants literally put multiple plastic bottles caps and shredded paper into our bathtub drain, as well as took the knobs of the faucets. The swamp cooler lines were cut, animals destroyed the backyard and carpets. The smells left behind are still lingering in the guest room. The property management slapped a bandaid on a fracture. The tenants were terrible, and Provest didn't help enough.

When great property management at a reasonable rate is hard to find look no farther for top notch tenant placement and stress free property management. All my tenants have also been very happy with their experience dealing with Provest. Payments made easy and electronically for both parties. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been with Provest for almost nine months. This is the BEST property management company in the high desert! Todd Dunsberry is the owner and I swear this guy is awesome. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he will do what ever it takes to make his clients happy. Im moving from one property to another and I was really stressed about it. Todd went to bat for me and made the transition so much easier. And I'm not moving into one of their properties!! Thats unheard of in this industry. My family has been in the real estate management business for years. As a result, have come across a lot of property managers. And I k now what to expect. In my opinion, Provest is absolutely one of the best out there. They do a great job. They are very responsive and always go that extra bit to provide exceptional customer service. I have been living at one of their properties for a number of years. They have been more than great. If there is anything that needs to be repaired, they will get it repaired right a way. I cant say anything bad, its been a good experience living here. They dont hound you for the rent either, even if its a couple a days late.
