Our rentals have been on autopilot since we switched to Kathie at Gold Point realty. Before Kathie, problems everywhere with every tenant, after Kathie, smooth. Problems are down 90%. Repairs and things are part of the game, but tenant issues and problems are largely a byproduct of poor management, which we had 10 years ago. We've had peace and exceptional renters for 10 years, thanks to Kathie.

I am 65 years old and have had rentals since my thirties, usually with property management companies that were happy to charge me but not too happy to do the job they are paid to do. So it is a nice change for me to get somebody like Kathie Jackson who not only does her job but beyond. I like the fact that she treats the property as if it is her own rental. And... I let her pick the tenants, she has a great feel for people. The only reason I have not sold my property and still rent it out is because Kathie takes care of it. Highly recommended!
