Beware, they sell their services on Groupon; however, when you call to book or schedule your shuttle, they don't honor Groupon vouchers. The gentleman on the phone specifically said "I don't even know why we're on there. We haven't advertised through them in years," referring to Groupon. Now I have to go through the hassle of cancelling the Groupon and dealing with finding another shuttle option. It would be easier if they contacted Groupon to have themselves removed rather than telling customers to request a refund from Groupon.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I debated on whether to write a review, but think others should know what could happen to them.
In March 2021 I reached out to Giovanni to request a quote for a Sprinter van to pick up at 4 different locations and drop off at LAX, and then pick up from LAX a week later and drop off at the 4 locations.
After Gio answered all of my questions I called and booked the service for June 9th and 15th. The next day there was fraudulent charge on the credit card I used to book, but it never occurred to me at the time that it could be related.

Hands down Xecutive Shuttle & Transportation is everything you need for your transportation needs. Gio the owner and his team are amazing and very professional and they do what they can to not only get you where you're going on time, but also make you feel special in the process.
