Highly recommend Metropro Limo. I was looking for car service to and from LaGuardia Airport almost last minute for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Booking was very easy via phone. Joe was efficient and helpful. Our drivers, Hyung and Eugene, were prompt, friendly, and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Plus the price paid for our family was very feasible and fair which includes tax, tolls, and tip already.

Metro pro Car service was very professional and on time for both departure and arrival. The only way to travel too and from the airport with a family of five like myself. They held on to our baby’s car seat which they brought back for pick up and worked out perfect for my 8 month old baby. And we were dropped off right in front of Newark airport and picked up right in front with our many pieces of luggage with no need to take a shuttle or bus. Worth every dime.

Plane landed in LGA, turned on my phone and already had a text that driver was waiting 5 minutes away and to text when we got our bags which we did. Driver explained where to meet right outside baggage. He was there by the time we got outside.
Nice late model Suburban. Smooth driving back to Bergen County NJ. Best price of places I checked. Would use again.

Another trip from Paramus into Manhattan to the dentist, midtown, for two of us, this time. I didn't have to think twice about taking my car or hiring Metropro Limo, again! Eugene picked us up at 1 PM for 2 and 3 o'clock appointments. He was courteous and an excellent driver negotiating the many potholes both going and coming back. I have been traveling for business for over a decade, and have tried many car service companies over the years. I often drive myself to the airport because sometimes it's just not worth the hassle and stress. But MetroPro is soooo different. It's hands-down the best service I have ever used - reliable, PROFESSIONAL, clean non-smoking cars, courteous drivers who drive respectfully, and very reasonable rates. If you're looking for a car service in NYC, search no more! I cannot say enough great things about this company. From my initial call with Lori (she's awesome) to the trip to the airport, perfection! I recently took a trip with five girlfriends, and scheduled Metropro to pick us up from JFK to deliver us to our apartment in Manhattan. Our flight from LA was delayed several times, and upon calling Joe to let him know about the delays, he stated that he was aware because they were tracking our flight by the info I provided during the initial booking. MetroPro never fails to deliver. Used them countless times for weddings, flights, etc. Just on Friday my flight home from Fort Myers FL was delayed 3 separate times. MetroPro was on it the whole way. I had some very good fortune at the airport and was able to switch my delayed flight originally into Newark...into an earlier flight into Westchester. The owner helped juggle his drivers around to get my family of 5 picked up at the new airport, 2 hours in advance of my original arrival time in Newark. Just can't say enough about these guys. First class all the way.

Even though our flight was delayed by a few hours and then we were delayed deplaning due to a medical emergency aboard our flight, the team at Metropro tracked our arrival, kept communicating with us and met us at the curb within a few minutes of our having our baggage. We were driven from my home to Newark Liberty Airport. We had a 6:00A flight so we needed to be picked up at 3:15A. The limo was on time and the driver Romeo was great. He loaded all our baggage and insisted we just enter the vehicle and relax. The vehicle was spacious and spotlessly clean and Romeo was very personable. They also picked us up on the way home and made our ride very comfortable. They are now my new limo service when I need one again. You will not be disappointed using this service.

Used Metropro twice to get a group of people to NYC and Long Branch for marathons - driver arrived early & was incredibly nice and helpful (despite the very early pickup time!) , car (SUV once, van once) extremely clean & booking was a breeze with email confirmation / reminder (which was great) and receipt via email. I needed a reputable car service to take me from northern NJ to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC for an operation. I checked out Yelp for car services and was pleasantly surprised to find glowing reviews for Metropro. I spoke to Joe, the owner, the day before my surgery and explained that I had to be on time and that I was in a lot of pain so the ride had to be smooth. Joe assured me this was entirely possible.

I recently used Metropro Limo for a return trip from the airport at the suggestion of one of my coworkers. I’ve never needed a car service in the past so I was a little nervous about the whole situation since I wouldn’t have a friend or family member waiting for me at the airport.

This couldn't have been a better experience. We had a group of three coming in from two different cities and all going to Purchase NY from JFK. We drove from Washington DC to EWR where we dropped off our car at the enterprise rental. Julio was waiting outside on the top deck as we rolled our luggage there he was. The car and service were immaculate with an expert driver.

I've used this car service over 10 times and the service is consistently phenomenal. They always arrive early, drivers are communicative via txt and phone, especially when picking up at the airport, and are very professional. Cars are always comfortable (fresh water bottle every time) and generally newer. Prices are as good as i've seen for this level service and lower than other services i've used. Great value here. I would highly recommend Metropro limo!
