People often ask how I got involved in the luxury transportation industry. And, in truth, I say it was by accident! In 2005, I was working ceaselessly to support a new business venture and decided to start driving limousines to help supplement income. Shortly after I began driving, the owner offered the chance for me to buy the company.
A limousine company was the last thing I wanted to own but I made an offer. And with this unlikely story, Strack Chauffeured Transportation was formed. Starting out, I spent a lot of time watching our competitors; analyzing what they were doing right and where they fell short. I quickly realized the opportunity to establish a niche in the market by offering a consistently reliable, premium level of service.

We have used Strack Ground Transportation four times and each time we were greeted with on-time and professional drivers. They communicate well telling you when they are on their way and when they arrive to meet you. They're a bit pricey, but better than being stood up or being late by other ground transportation services. So far, Strack has been very reliable.

By far this is the worst experience ever I call to get a trip reserved for an opening game at Staples Center strack crown has failed at everything that they put themselves out to be I have used Strack before for pick ups and drop offs at the airport the drivers are horrible and his their boss Matt Strack has got to be the worst boss that any company whatever happens I feel sorry for their drivers and the lack of leadership Matthew Strack has for his company. I will never use Strack and again I would much rather go to the lower and companies with much better customer service.

All the way from booking my drop off and picked up from john wayne, these guys were on top of everything. Driver was early, helped me put my sons car seat in the car drive there was pleasant & extremely comfortable. My plane lands back into john wayne and soon as the wheels touched down the driver texted me and was already on site. My name was illuminated on the dash so finding him in a crowded pick up zone in an airport was easy. Will definitely only use strack for all of my transportation needs. Highly recommend.

Life savers! I booked a car to pick up a client at 7:15pm at LAX. Unfortunately, due to a lapse in communication with co-workers, it turns out that the flight was actually landing at 9:15AM!! None of us would have realized it had it not been for Matt, the owner, personally letting me know that the flight had already landed at the airport. Panicked, I called the airline thinking that there was an error- lo and behold, the client had indeed landed and was going through customs at that very moment. Strack Premier Transportation is fantastic! I was looking into cars for my wedding, and to be honest, I wasn't sure what I was looking for - so I laid out my thoughts and potential scheduling and asked for their advice.
