One of mom's meds is not available through Publix, so Lake Mary Pharmacy takes care of it. I have noticed how wonderful over the phone The man has been and seems to really care and does have great customer service personality. He is understanding about the difficulty with doc office not responding Received prescription via fed ex yesterday. Coincidentally had doc visit today and it was changed. The man called about it asked if it was unopened. It is so he offered to drive all the way here. I told him it is far lol. Anyway he came over and took care of it. Amazing. I wish more people were like him
