No booking reservation so walk in only. We were seated and instantly pounced upon and commanded to make an order quick because the kitchen was closing. The staff were threatening and aggressive. Everything was rushed and we were made to feel like we were a huge problem. We just wished the front desk turned us away rather endure the abuse we got from
all staff at this establishment. So disappointed and offended by the reception we got. The food was far from best also. Shame on you.

This place is an experience to say the least! Love the backyard garden -- my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner last Summer and can't wait to do it again this Summer. Great to grab and go to Long Beach to watch the sunset from the back of the Jeep too. Nine times out of ten the food is amazing here and we love the Sake selection. Serving staff is amazing. Highly recommended!

Even though they only offer take out right now, we had such a great experience! As someone who lives in Tokyo, the sushi was very good quality and they took a lot of measures to make sure that everything was sanitized and corona-free! The price was just right considering the great food, and the service was brilliant (thank you to the man who took our order). This is a perfect place to take out from! Thank you again.

After working in restaurants for 5 years I pay close attention to service , & I'm continually impressed with the world class staff at Sen. We arrived on time for our reservation & were seated within 5 minutes. Our server , Erin was friendly & attentive . We were greeted within 2 minutes of sitting down, she went over the specials & gave us an opportunity to order an appetizer & drinks. I started with my favorite..rock shrimp & a Japanese mule . In 10, maybe 15 minutes we had Yellow tail & Torched Salmon for our entrees & they were absolutely fabulous. Dessert was their flourless chocolate cake
