I can't rate them high enough. My boyfriend ran over a curb on our way to the airport and we needed someone to help us so we wouldn't miss our flight. They originally told us they'd come in an hour but got there in less than 1/2 hour. They instead replaced the tire with a spare so we could drive to the airport on time, while it was raining pretty heavily. Great service and thanks to them we made our flight!

I had to get a tow yesterday. Geico set up my tow with AJ's Towing and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The driver was incredibly helpful, considerate, and respectful of me and my vehicle. The truck he used was the nicest tow truck I've ever seen and I felt completely comfortable that my car was safe on it. If you ever need a tow I highly recommend AJ's!

I called for a flat tire change. I was told 45 minutes to wait, showed up 1 and 1/2 hours later. The driver couldn't figure out a gate code and argued with me, but was able to get in as I had instructed. He couldn't figure out how to get the spare off and after 40 minutes, I had to figure it out and help him. Then my spare was low on air, so I said to fill it with his compressor (which he was told they had when I made the initial call) and he said his compressor has a dead battery. What roadside assistance company comes with no compressor? The driver said he forgot to tell his boss that

Yesterday I needed a few old cars towed out of a REALLY tight spot in between a house and garage. (Literally 2 inches on both sides) and he got in and got both cars out no problem! Super polite, friendly and personable! Did everything in the heat, dripping sweat with a smile on his face!💚💚💚 best customer service I've seen in a while! Thank you sir for all your help! I know it wasn't easy! Plus they were there within like 15 minutes from when they got my call!

It's never a good time when you need roadside assistance and especially when it's two days in a row. I left work at the end of a long, hot day and found another flat tire after having replaced the same tire the day before. Geico hooked me up with AJ's Towing and Dakota was my tow operator. He was having his own bad day but was still cheerful, professional and kind. I really appreciated his efforts to reassure me that all would be well. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Dakota!

Ali was dispatched by AJ’s and I could not have been happier. Ali was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and above all just a all in all great guy. Once he arrived he got right down to business. Told me what he was doing as he did it and answered all my questions in great detail. If I ever need another tow I will call AJ’s for Ali to come help me. If he is not available then I will wait until he is.

I was sent AJ'S Towing from AAA. They have great communication letting me know how long and how far they were from getting to me. The young man that help me was Jay and he was super friendly and respectful. He… had great pride in his company and did a awesome job. My insurance company dispatched AJ's towing in order to get my car to my mechanic. They arrived almost to the minute of when they said they would arrive. The driver was very fast and friendly. I had to ride with him to the mechanic and the truck was clean. I would definitely use this tow truck company again if I need to.

We were still waiting for AAA after 3 hours in a parking lot. It was cold and there were no restrooms nearby. We called AJ’s and they got to us in 20 minutes. When we explained the wait, the dispatcher explained that we could submit their receipt to AAA for reimbursement. Friendly, helpful, and prompt service. On a scale of 1 - 10, I’d give them a 15.

The tow truck driver was professional, did an excellent job, was quick and offered my husband a ride to the shop. The driver even called us to verify where our car was located because it was in between towns in a low traveled area. This allowed the driver to get there quicker. The driver also let me know he got to my husband & our wrecked vehicle.

We were helped by Ramin (sorry if I misspelled your name, I only saw it for a moment on your staff hoodie.) We had sudden car troubles on a road trip and ended up off the side of the road. It was a Saturday and and EVERY auto repair shop in the area was closed. We felt totally out of luck but Ramin at AJ's Towing was kind enough to pull over and ask us if we needed help. Used AJ's Towing through our AAA insurance. Had a time window of 8:30-10:30AM. They called me at 6:45 saying they were 10 minutes away.... Then he proceeded to ask me if the auto body shop was even open yet like it was an inconvenience to him! After he requested me to bring him the keys but he wasn't wearing a mask at all (which he proceeded to drive the car onto the truck maskless). Very disappointing and if it wasn't through insurance would not have used them.

I was having problems with my car starting. AJ’s service technicians had to start my battery and when that did not work they had to come back to tow it about 40 miles. They arrived quickly. Both technicians were kind enough to answer my questions and then quickly complete their work. The car when it was towed arrived as quickly as possible and in good condition. I was very happy with their excellent service.

When our car started having mechanical issues, roadside sent AJ's Towing to tow us from Dixon to the service center in San Rafael. Abdullah was the driver and he was amazing! The tow truck had a huge cab with room for 4 passenger, but it was just my wife, infant, and I. Not many companies have a truck with room for more than 1-2 passengers. That was amazing. Abdullah was the best driver we could ask for.

Awesome service. Locked my self out of my vehicle, they where there in 20 minutes and had me in now time. Price was good and the driver was clean. The only problem was the driver kept trying to sell me a different vehicle, I don't know if it was just him or if the company pushes this. Quick service but annoying banter.

I had a really great experience, I was unexpectedly stranded and my car engine was making loud noises that prevented me driving, so I called my AAA roadside service and since they are an affiliated company with AAA they where contacted and picked me up, I was able to view my tow trucks drivers location and watch him head to me en route on my phone while I waited for his arrival. The tow truck driver came within 15 min and helped me locate a automotive shop that I could get my car looked at on a Saturday morning in Sacramento, very professional, exceptional staff member who picked me up and towed
