Super professional from start to finish. All communication also handled very well. When Otto came out to bid the job he was very thorough and informational. He gave me many design and pricing options and gladly accommodated several special requests. I never thought I would say a fence is beautiful but it actually is.

We could not have had a better experience with Chapin Fencing. They gave us a very competitive bid and built a couple large and beautiful fences. We also asked if they could build a play structure while here which they not only did but built an amazing one. I will absolutely be recommending Chapin Fencing to friends and neighbors and use them for any future projects.

We are in a new subdivision and wanted to get our fence done quickly so we could isolate from construction and our dogs could enjoy our yard. Chapin Fencing did one of our neighbors houses and did a great job so we were very happy to choose them to do our fence. Jessica was great through the initial steps of the process and once they had our permit done, Otto came out to check everything out and started a few days later. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship! Very highly recommended.

Chapin put in a split rail fence for me. Everything was built to HOA specs. As part of the job they had to take off some existing rails to install chicken wire mesh, and carefully reinstalled them good as new.
Communication leading up to job was very good and Chapin was very accommodating when I had to add some additional work at the last minute.
In all interactions I got the sense that Otto takes pride in his work and was committed to doing the job right, and it was done at a fair price.
Several of the larger local fencers couldn't even be bothered to come out and give me a quote

I wish I could have found out how this company performed. I needed approx 160' of 6' dog-eared picket fence replaced. Part of it came down in a storm and we are getting our house ready to sell. I accepted the proposal on May 23. On May 25 they give me a date for the week of June 3, allowing for some possible weather delays. June 6 rolls around and no communication, so I ask when they will arrive. I receive apologies for not communicating, but no answer as to when. I wait another day, and still no reply. I ask again and am told they will get me on the schedule. A week rolls by and still

I have nothing but good thing to say about Otto and Vanessa with Chapin Fencing. Otto came out and did an EXCELLENT job (very thorough) installing my fence and he cleaned up after himself. He even brought my trash cans up from the curb and put them on the side of my house. Otto takes pride in his work and my fence proves it, I would highly recommend them if fact he will be back soon to do more work at my residence. Vanessa was very informative and keep me in contact every step of the way, both Otto and Vanessa are very great people and easy to deal! I got quotes from 3 other companies and Chapin
