After reading the negative reviews I noticed they were 2 to 3 years old. The property managers obviously did a great job on hiring. I had a pleasant experience meeting Liz Hale. She gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the community and I really enjoyed my time viewing the apartment. I hope to be accepted as one of the tenants.

This place is the worst. Paint job on all the cabinets peeling when we moved in. No air conditioning which sucks. We get complains if we are just playing music during the day on a Sat!! Management company is so unprofessional. They charged me the wrong rent for 5 months. I had brought it to their attention after the first month and they said it was fine. Then tell me 5 months later I have one day to pay it even though it was their mistake. They say " dogs welcome" but they do not tolerate them. So dumb.

DON'T MOVE HERE.... They raised the rent almost $500 after contract was over, never maintained the property, carpet was always filthy. We were paying $2,000 a month for a filthy ONE BEDROOM apartment that needed so much work. Management is horrible, strict, picky, and they don't care about their residents.
