Services
You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, an additional deposit of $200.00 per cat and $400.00 per dog is required, as well as a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog. Two animal maximum. Breed and weight restrictions apply.

We've been here for about 4 years now and we've never had an issue , but now that management has changed multiple times within a year it's going down hill. And this Covid19 issue isn't helping one bit. The maintenance team before was awesome in getting things fixed in a quickly manner, but this new guy Marco. We have had to many issues he is ridiculously rude and un apologetic. He should be more than grateful he has a job and just do what is asked of him.

I very much enjoyed my apartment here. I would have extended my lease a couple more times if life changes have not occured. Very friendly management and maintenance staff, gated community with assigned parking, pool and a laundry room. Don't forget you are very close to triangle square, OC fairgrounds and countless take out restaurants.
I only have two complaints.
1. There really was not a set time for management on the property. It was a hit and miss for me whenever I needed to speak with anyone...

For many things in life, you get what you pay for. Housing, especially in Orange County, is no exception. Olive Tree Apartments is a gated community with a pool, laundry room, and is pet-friendly. The stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and large rooms are great but the location beats everything else. It is so central to everything. You are 24 minutes from CSU Longbeach and 21 minutes from Disneyland. You are within walking distance of Kmart, Home Depot, Albertson's, and dozens of restaurants. These apartments are expensive; however, they appear to be competitively priced, especially when you take the location, safe neighborhood, gated community, pool, pet friendly, easy access to the 405 and 55 freeways and all the great businesses into account. There is a Planet Fitness (24 hour a day gym) across the street. We had bad credit and with a higher deposit we were able to get an approval in two days. The manager Favi, answered all of my questions and there was a lot of questions because we were renting sight unseen from 600 miles away. She made everything smooth and easy. Now that we have

Me and my wife have lived in many different apartments locations in my life. From my experience Olive Tree is the best you can get for the price range it offers especially in the vicinity it resides. Walking distance to shopping (Kmart), Groceries (Albertson) and many more convenient stores. The complex is gated and the community is friendly and quite. The facilities are clean (especially pool) and landscape is pleasant to the eyes when walking to and from your home. Management and maintenance crew are always helpful and quick to resolve problems too. Lastly, the homes are good size and appliances

We love living close to the 55 fwy and the beaches, so this cozy apartment/townhome has been a wonderful place to call home. Our rental includes 2 assigned parking spaces, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, granite countertops, celing fans, back patio, and a community pool, all the essentials that we enjoy. To top it off, they allow small pets!!
We're also super pleased with the property manager and maintenance staff that keep the place well maintained.

We have been living here for a year and have been pleased with the overall experience. This complex is small and quaint. The neighbors we have are quiet and friendly. Its location to the 55 and beaches is ideal.
We have called for minor maintenance issues and all have been resolved quickly and efficiently. The maintenance crew is friendly as well.
The on-site manager, Favi, has been extremely helpful at all times. She is professional, caring and genuine! She works hard to ensure that the complex is well maintained and safe.

Olive Tree is a great atmosphere to live in. It's a very clean property and they keep it up. There is a pool and It's well maintained. Thank you! Neighbors are friendly and so is Favi the manager. She is always there to help and gets things done when needed. Maintenance is also very helpful and kind. It has definitely improved within the last year. Walking out my front door, I couldn't be happier living at Olive Tree.

This place is horrible. When our lease ended we stayed an additional 30 days on a month to month lease at the higher rate. When we moved out we cleaned the entire place and dropped a cashier's check off for the last months rent. A year later we pulled our credit only to find out almost $3,000 was sent a collection agency. We left our phone numbers and forwarding address before we moved, and were never notified of an outstanding balance (this wasn't owed) and sent straight to collections. I can't even get a call back from the leasing office after multiple attempts to clear this up

This is an apartment complex that you want to avoid at all costs. This place was all bad news and headaches my entire stay there. I should have listened to all the bad reviews but my roommates and I needed a place to live before the school year started. This place is over priced and you pretty much get nothing in return. The apartments are tiny and the walls are paper thin. All you can hear all day and night are little kids crying and screaming. Its so hard to believe that at an apartment complex there is not a dedicated landlord but that is the case here, there are only two workers present tuesday
