LMC operates as both a direct correspondent lender and mortgage broker. As a correspondent lender, we can fund your loan internally and thus close faster and have greater flexibility and control over your transaction. Since LMC operates as a multi-source mortgage broker as well, we are also able to broker loans through a variety of national investors.
Our mortgage loan professionals work with a wide range of families and individuals in Indianapolis and the Central Indiana region partnering on transactions including first home loans, mortgage refinance options, JUMBO loans and vacation home mortgages. LMC also provides financing for condominium mortgages and has partnerships with condominium developers in Central Indiana.
