Michael Farrell started working in mortgage lending in 1998 after coming home from a 4-year mission experience in Ecuador, South America with the Salesians of Don Bosco. He worked 2 years with a national mortgage lender as a loan officer and then was promoted into management for a 5-year tenure. In 2006, he founded Grandview Home Loans, which was rebranded to Grandview Lending in 2009.
