Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I requested a form so I could pay my common charges automatically through my bank. Never received the form (this was at least 2 months ago). I called and spoke with Bonnie. Very unprofessional and rude. Should not have a job where she has to speak to people. Useless in her position.
