Income: Gross monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent. Income must be verified in writing with 2 most recent pay stubs or tax returns if self-employed. Applicants with no credit score or previous credit history will require an increased security deposit plus bank statements to show proof of assets.
IPMG welcomes pets at most of our properties. Some property owners do not allow pets or may restrict the type, size or number of pets allowed. Please check the listing or email IndianaPMG@gmail.com for information specific to your property of interest. The pet application fee is $20 for the first pet and $15 for every additional pet.
As a Tenant of Indiana Property Management Group LLC, you are automatically enrolled into our Resident Benefits Package when you sign a Lease with us. IPMG participates in credit bureau reporting through Experian RentBureau. Credit plays an important role in your life - affecting the purchases you make and much more.

Follow up from first review-In a short time after posting my original 2 star review, I received a call from the company clarifying why they do this and through that clarification, worked with me to make me feel better about applying. This company has made it quite apparent that they want to do their best to not only work with the owners and current clients but all potential future clients as well. We have had an excellent experience with Indiana Property Management Group! We have two out of state rental properties and are just completing our first renovation. Jason has helped us so much in determining which properties to buy to obtain the cashflow we are looking for, and Pam has been AMAZING at communicating with us and taking care of our properties. They have never treated us with anything but respect and friendliness. Our tenants seem to be quite pleased with them also, as they requested to renew their lease 5 months prior to the end of their current contract. Have already recommended
