Todd started his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in Charlotte and has 30 plus years of experience owning, developing and managing real estate. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from N.C. State University and a MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Immediately prior to returning to the family business, Todd was President of Piedmont Aviation, a division of a NYSE listed company.

They are absolutely heartless people that only care about themselves. When it comes down to it, they'd rather you die and them survive. They don't take care of maintainence when it's absolutely necessary, when there's always a problem! They could care less of the people's safety all together. There's bed bugs in all rooms that have been there since before I moved in and they said they would take care of the problem and they NEVER have. They have went up on the rent $10 every month! Absolutely AWFUL place to live. You do NOT want to live here.

Have been renting a wonderful space from Schwarz Properties for about 2 years now and we are so pleased with it. This company is great to work with and even helped with the electrical inspections when we were having trouble with them. They were extremely helpful. We will definitely be tenants for a long time and will check them out first in the future if we are needing another rental. I will be referring them to friends and family as well. Schwarz ROCKS!

I have rented from Schwarz & Schwarz for a couple of years. My property manager is Gary Williams and is great to work with. He is very polite and pleasant and is always helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues. The company is also set-up to pay rent online which is very helpful due to my schedule. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market for a rental property.
