My wife just got reconstruction done on her chests after a mastectomy the Doctor is very good and kind but what I liked the most was, the attention that Tracy which is part of the staff she was AMAZING she is the best! She treated My wife beyond awesome and every time she needed something Tracy came hurrying over to help I wish everyone was just like her. We are very blessed with the Doctor and Tracy!🙏🏻

Had an unexpected need for my newborn who was born 3 weeks early. He needed his ears corrected before his cartilage set and his ears stayed bent. We felt lucky at first, getting an appointment for him within 2 days. But that all changed the day of our appointment. Our appointment time was 10:45 and we were told there would be a little bit of a wait due to them being a little behind that morning. Over an hour had passed and we were still waiting. To me, that is not a LITTLE BEHIND. Totally unprofessional as well to consider it that and then be rude when called and asked if we could get an estimated

My daughter had a consultation in June. Leslie the office manager/office manager is HORRIBLE! Her communication or shall I say lack of is the worst that I have EVER experienced! I have called and left several voicemails about the status of insurance authorization and each time she stated she was waiting on doctor notes. During the consultation she stated that she had everything needed so why a was it soo hard to submit. Fast forward to yesterday and what did I receive in the mail...the approval from insurance company. Have Leslie called to advise...nope! I’m almost positive they would have received

My experience with Dr.Ha's office was wonderful. Leslie made the insurance process as painless as possible, and she was always available when I had a question. Tracy is exceptional. Her knowledge and professionalism always made me feel comfortable. She is a big asset to the office and I'm glad she was there for me.

Dr. Ha did a great surgery for me. I read reviews that said he wasn't personable but I didn't feel that way at all. I don't need my surgeon to be my friend, I need him to be knowledgeable and skilled. I researched many plastic surgeons and have had surgery before with doctors that are closer to where I live. My experience with Dr. Ha was much better and worth the hour drive for appointments. I felt safe and in confident hands. I love my results and would highly recommend him. His scheduling manager Leslie was also very helpful and kind. She really put my nerves at ease! Overeall, great experience

I am never one to post reviews but Dr. Ha and his staff deserve every bit of recognition.
From the initial visit, testing, surgery and recovery every encounter was a breeze. I am one week post op and couldn't be even a little bit happier. Mrs Leslie made the insurance process as painless as possible and as much as I called I was never treated as a bother. My staff nurse talked me through the hardest times and even had me laughing during stitch removals😂
What I appreciated most is that Dr. Ha knows what he is doing and is not your typical sell you up surgeon. He knows what is best and his work

My experience as a patient of Dr. Richard Ha was wonderful. I found him to be an exceptionally skilled surgeon, talented in artistic balance, and blessed with a kind, considerate, accommodating manner.
His support staff was always friendly and helpful. The waiting room---a glass pyramid at the top of the building, was a joyous place to be.
If I had to give Dr. Ha a score between one and ten, with ten being the best, the score would be a twenty-five!
