I scheduled with Dr Valina then a couple weeks later found out she went MiA via email. I've called Jolie 5 times and first time was lied to that Dr Valina did not leave. Next couple of times they didn't know what to tell me. They said someone would get back to me. It's been 2 weeks and i don't know anything. Like I did research on Dr. VALINA and my sis went to Jolie. So I'm not going to MIA. Jolie is definitely not professional. How am I supposed to trust a major surgery done on me ..from them?

I JUST watched a documentary on this so called plastic surgery center, and it was nothing but bad, bad, bad news!!!
Ladies, listen up!!! Do your research before you put your lives into this Ishmael doctor!!! I give them zero stars... they have had SEVERAL deaths. Typically after a death, they will change the name of this "factory plastic surgery clinic"... the doctors will be performing MULTIPLE surgeries (typically 2 to 3 at a time) and have the "TECHS" doing the surgery while the doctor goes into the next surgery room. No supervision of doctors during surgeries. They claim they perform EIGHT

Just saw a documentary about this clinic. They’ve had eight deaths in six years and have used several different names. They operate way below the standard of care and are essentially a factory. A decision on whether to use a particular plastic surgeon or clinic should not be based on cost. Wait until you can save up enough money to go to a reputable licensed plastic surgeon. It’s not worth risking your life or your health.

The refund team is terrible especially the manager. They issue refunds with no tracking number, so you can’t track where your money went. I have to go get a lawyer now to get the correct amount of my refund. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody!! If you happen to have to get a refund make sure you have a lawyer on stand by because they will try to get over on you and keep more money then they say. I wish I could give this place zero stars, because that’s what they deserve!!

The communication from my first coordinator was great. She left & the next coordinator dropped the ball. Then when I spoke with the supervisor I had to be rescheduled because everything was do to the lack of communication from the coordinator. I spoke with the supervisor & she gave me a new coordinator which was great. She kept in constant communication every step of the way. I like Jollie because I came in for surgery & my blood pressure was crazy high. The Dr. Pane refused to do the surgery & rescheduled me 30 days out to get it together. I came back with blood pressure down & procedure went

PLEASE do not go here!! This chain has had 8 deaths in 6 years which is highly uncommon if you go to a reputable surgeon. Their doctors are not specialized in plastic surgery. They do too many procedures in a day. They change their name constantly when their previous names get a bad rep due to the deaths. Please don’t risk your life for appearances. Go to a reputable plastic surgeon, do your research please I beg you!

I had very great experience at this clinic.
Especially after researching on my doctor, Dr. Pane, I was going in with a good board certified plastic surgeon.
The staff has been great and very nice. Dr. Pane was awesome, very knowledgeable and I would definitely come back to him again.
Just do your research on the surgeon and you will be pleased. 😁🙌

Jolie was an AMAZING experience. Everything literally went as planned, there were no complications. My surgery went very well & my results are awesome!! The staff were all very nice and professional. It was a smooth process and I most definitely will go back for my next surgeries! Thanks Jolie for allowing me to trust you guys with my body and essentially my life! Jolie is #1.
