If there was any type of ACTUAL after care or follow up with patients I would give Dr.p 5 stars. Such a shame she was very nice and did a good job on my bbl but after surgery was over never heard from her anymore. I ended up having complications with my breast reduction. I had to call them multiple times due to all of stitches opening on my breast. I sent pictures, texts, phone calls. And the only response was wait for it heal and then get a revision. I had to get a skin graft surgery on both of my breast (that’s how bad my wound opened up) and i have plenty of pictures to prove it as well. I

Dr. Tran was very caring and she did a great job. I love my results. Ana my coordinator she always answered me no matter what. I would contact her at night and around the holidays and she would always respond no matter what. The post op nurse that I had was very caring and told me straight up what to do to get the best results.

I had been booked for over six months to have a mommy makeover. Due to COVID it kept getting canceled in my state. Then I scheduled with New Life, they took my deposit then cancels me the very next day for “medical” reasons. My daughter had, had a bbl and lipo 360 with professional and Dr Pacheco. So I called them, I was crying, frustrated, and desperately wanted to have my mommy makeover. Maria literally saved the day. She went and talked to all three doctors about my “medical condition,” got the ok from all three of them to do my procedure. I did all of my pre-op stuff, sent it via fax

Do not go to this place!!!! Horrible communication from beginning to end. After 1.5 year of researching the surgeon I wanted. I was told the day of surgery that the surgeon was not available and that an unknown doctor would be performing the surgery. I was never allowed to participate in my plan of care prior to surgery. In other words, I was not able to fully describe the look that I wanted but rather pushed right into surgery without discussing details of what I wanted. After care is a joke. I never received instructions on post care until FIVE days after surgery. Lastly, I highly recommend not

Dr.P is the best doctor. She performed my mothers tummy tuck, she took time with my mother for her consultation, and post-op walking my mom through the process and letting her know every step because my mom was afraid. My surgery coordinator is Maria and she makes me feel so at home. She keeps me calm and we get along very well. we are about to make tiktok videos so I can feel comfortable my surgery is today. OH MY LAWD WHERE DO I START!!!! First off Dr. P is the best! She took extra time to talk and educate me on the procedure I was about to get! After getting my procedure and going to my first post op she came in the room and told me how to where my garments and get my massages going up and not down! She cares about her patients. I so love Dr. P. Very sweet doctor how truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her! Thank you Dr. P!!

Dr. Pacheco is an amazing surgeon. She did my breast augmentation and my BBL and she did the most amazing work. I couldn’t have been any happier. I feel like a walking Barbie. Also she is very patient with all your needs and wants and gives the best advice for post surgery. You will not regret going with this doctor. If I ever need anything else done I’m going straight to her.
