Late and unprofessional. Hired this company for a honeymoon transfer after my wedding and a limo for an hour to transfer guests to accommodation. I had to call after our reception finished to try and find out where the cars were. Booking was an issue, when I emailed directly I was given a higher quote than the website "to get people to use the website" but I just needed a bit more information before I booked. There was no confirmation in the lead up to the event and I emailed to confirm and got two words back - not even an email signature - "All good"

I wanted to compliment my driver Dwayne, he was an absolute joy to be around. He made my trip to Santa Barbara so much fun. Dwayne was on time, has a great disposition, told great stories that had us laughing. Being in a wheelchair and traveling isn't always easy. However Dwayne was sensitive to all my needs, making sure I was comfortable. If I come back to Santa Barbara I would use Gold Coast Limousines, and ask for Dwayne, of course. I use a lot of driving services and your company is on the top of my list!!

Prior to contacting My Gold Coast Limos to get a quote for my wife's upcoming 'Surprise birthday party', I looked at 2 other local websites for limo services. (With all the questions to be answered I thought I was applying for a job at the FBI Headquarters.....and then a wait of up to 48 hours before being contacted and given an over the top price).

I was most impressed with Gold Coast Limousine service and our driver Mark.
On our way to the airport to catch a flight home after a party at the Biltmore, I noticed one of the gold earrings I had been wearing had fallen off. We did not have time to go back. Mark said he would return to the hotel after he dropped us off at the airport to look for it. Despite our insistence that we didn't want him to go to the trouble, he did it anyway. We got a call about an hour later from him telling us the earring had been found.

Had a good experience with this company last Saturday morning. We did an approx 4 hour tour of local wineries that we had previously picked out. Our tour guide was Mark and he was prompt at our hotel waiting for us in a very nice comfortable, clean & spacious Sedan limo. He was quite knowledgable about the area and the wineries and easy to talk to. We just told him where we wanted to go and he got us there with no problems. I could not have been happier with this service. The owner called me to arrange, after they were referred to me for an event at San Ysidro Ranch. They were professional and promt. Also, the driver called me with questions on the 1st pick-up and just to let me know he was running on schedule.

Love, love, love this company! It was my friend's birthday, so we did a wine tasting tour in Santa Ynez. Our limo driver, Jonathan, was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, The limos are very up to date, well stocked, and comfy.

Had my birthday celebration this past Friday visiting the wineries in Santa Ynez Valley. Jonathan was amazing as our driver! He picked us up at our hotel in Santa Barbara and was friendly and accommodating from the start. We had a great time drinking champagne and listening to great music in our limo without worrying about having to drive since Jonathan got us to all our destinations safely! Very smooth process getting info and securing a reservation. Jonathan was very helpful, personable and professional. Our particular vehicle had some mechanical issues a day prior and he called me to notify me, as well as offer a solution at a discounted rate.

I bought a voucher from travelzoo for a wine tasting limo tour and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Our driver Jonathan was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the wineries we visited.

We purchased a travel zoo voucher for a birthday outing in Santa Ynez to go wine tasting for Gold Coast and it left me a bit disappointed. The office was extremely efficient and set everything up and confirmed all the details wonderfully, but the actual experience didn't really meet my expectations.
We had about 7 other passengers with us, who were also delightful and made the trip fun, but they too were disappointed.
The original Travel Zoo deal was $69 for a regular cost of $169, so we were really excited about the great value. It was to include a 4-5 hour tour which included 3 wineries

Reliable, arrangements were handled efficiently even though I forgot to put my flight info. We were flying in from US so unreachable, but Lisa figured out what flight we would have been on and had the driver there for us on time, even though we only requested 1 day before we left. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable, and I found their rate to be lower than most other services. Above and beyond was the fact that I forgot my camera in the car, and the driver dropped it off for us back at our hotel. Top notch!
