Great communication, clean and comfortable car, knowledgeable drivers, accommodating and affordable. We used Preferred for 2 days while in Santa Barbara last week. We wanted to go to our own specific wineries, so hiring a car service was going to be the easiest way to get around after several tastings. We had two different drivers that were very knowledgeable about the area and were very kind and helpful. Adriana was amazing! I sent a text to have her help us with two trips while our teens were in Santa Barbara. She responded immediately. Adriana is so incredibly accommodating! My family and friends wanted to go wine tasting, but the tours don't allow kids, and we had two 9 year olds with us. So I ended up booking a private tour with Adriana for my birthday last Saturday. Best decision we could have made! The Van/limo was roomy and stocked with water, and a bottle of nice Prosecco. She had many suggestions for places to go, all kid friendly and beautiful. She even let me set up a little candy-bar for the kids. She is so nice that when the boys wanted to go back in the limo while we finished up tasting, she was happy to hang

I was very pleased with the service provided by Preferred Limo & Transportation. We used the service for 2 days, 1 night for a dinner and 1 day for wine tasting in Santa Ynez. The sprinter van was clean and well stocked with waters, etc. Adriana was on time and usually early for all our pickups. She was easy to reach by text or phone call and always responded right away. I would recommend her service and I would use them again!

Wow! These were the cheapest and most accommodating of all the limo companies that I contacted. Sometimes cheapest isn't a good thing, but the limo bus was great and the driver Chris was fantastic! I planned our own wine tasting itinerary and only needed to tell Chris our plans once in the beginning and he immediately had it memorized and down. He helped us move tables together at the wineries and volunteered to take pictures of our group. Everyone complimented him and how nice he was. He seemed very genuine.

Two thumbs up to Adrianna Barreto and Preferred Limo & Transportation. Adrianna provided my group of eight with transportation from the Santa Barbara Amtrak station to two separate destinations in Santa Barbara, CA, and back to Los Angeles. We were transported in a Mercedes Benz luxury coach that included many hi-tech amenities and plenty of soft drinks and Champagne. The service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Preferred Limo & Transportation and look forward to using them in the future.

I live in VA and booked service To/From Port of LA for my mom on a recent cruise. Phenomenal communication and received confirmation emails for both ways immediately after my reservation (about 5-weeks prior to service). 'Hats-off' to them for talking me out of a SUV and using a sedan. Good point that my mom would have an issue attempting to climb up to sit down in a SUV; clearly, they proactively think about passenger's comfort and make well thought-out recommendations. At 6'5", I tend to forget the shorter person perspective. Lol!

Adriana was my driver last weekend. My husband and I were in town with two other couples and were lucky enough to have acted on a recommendation for Preferred Limousine. We considered booking a tour, but really liked the idea being able to set our own agenda and having it be private. Turned out to be a great choice.

Vanessa was very responsive and helpful in identifying the right vehicle my group needed and was able to accommodate my request for service the next day. My friends were arriving from Rome - 4 people and 10+ HUGE bags.
The price was competitive - actually better than one or two other services I contacted.
My friends who traveled on the "party" bus from LAX to the Santa Barbara area were THRILLED with the driver and the vehicle.

We didn't know anything about the wineries or the area and she brought us to the best places. He is super knowledgeable and gave us lots of useful recommendations as well.
