It took a while before we decided to refinance our mortgage. We had been paying an extra $300 a month for mortgage insurance as we had an FHA loan. A friend of mine recommended Aaron Madonna as he has worked with them in the past. Aaron was great. He kept me posted every step of the way and would respond to any questions in minutes. Talk with Aaron Madonna. He is exceptional. After talking with numerous others he outlined exactly what he could accomplish and within what time frame. He was connected to a direct lender so there was no ambiguity or shopping around. He was even able to predict the time it would take for another part of the transaction that was more complex but happened exactly on time. He directed the process flawlessly.
