We are so glad we chose to work with Russel McQuade from Buy Wise Mortgage for our refi! He came highly recommended to us by our realtor. Very happy with Josh and his team. I found Josh a few years ago after being declined repeatedly by various mortgage companies because of my student loans. I must have applied to at least 5 different companies who initially assured me that I could be approved to refinance, and after spending a lot of time submitting documents (and once even spending money on an appraisal) I was ultimately denied because the other companies did not know how to calculate my student loans that I am paying under IBR. This is a long overdue review for Josh Lewis with BuyWise Mortgage! We have worked with Josh since early 2000s for every mortgage (x4) and re-finance (several) over the many years and we wouldn't think of taking our business elsewhere. We made that mistake early on in approximately 2001, and almost fell out of escrow bc of that bad decision. Josh came to our rescue after I called I'm humiliated and embarrassed. He didn't bat an eyelash and worked his magic and we closed perfectly on time and with better terms than we were promised from the other, failed, company.

I'm getting my keys on Sunday!! From the get go, I was a difficult case to get approved. Young single, mother on a 10-99 basis. Mortgage lenders do not like me! I can't say how grateful I am for Josh and his Team. They were diligent and on the ball throughout the process. I'm impressed with how effective and accurate their predications were. !!!!Warning!!!!
