Destiny Home Care Services began as a dream to bring exceptional care to the most vulnerable members of the community. With over 30 years of combined experience in management and nursing in the Twin Cities, founders Eddy and Roselyn Udeh have upheld their commitment to providing care that puts the individual first.
Destiny staff goes above and beyond to assist clients with improving their quality of life and achieving personal health goals.
