Services
There are many reasons why acupuncture helps to reduce pain. The general theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine is that there are meridians, or channels, where the energy flows. When these meridians are blocked then pain exists. If the blockages are removed then the pain will stop. The needles help remove the blockages.
If you have a different insurance that covers acupuncture, a super bill can be supplied to submit to your insurance company. It can be submitted to any insurance company, including car insurance. The superbill has all the medical and legal information needed for your insurance company to possibly reimburse you.

Roxanne has been very helpful to me . I have tried getting acupuncture at different places in the past however I did not get the same results that I have gotten from seeing Roxanne . I could feel the results immediately after a few sessions . Roxanne goes over all of my health issues and gives good knowledge advice for my health conditions constantly. I have followed Roxanne directions for food recommendations , vitamins ,and herbal supplements. Everything she has suggested and recommended has helped me . I had a wonderful experience with Roxanne at East West Acupuncture Center! She really is one of the best acupuncturists in the Roseville area. Roxanne was very knowledgeable and very thorough! Everything was clean, neat, and very well organized. I was new to acupuncture treatments, and Roxanne took the time to walk me through the process. I went in to see her for some sleeping issues, and my sleeping patterns have improved tremendously! I highly recommend Roxanne at East West Acupuncture Center!

I was 9 months pregnant. She required that I wear a mask even though it was probably 90 degrees in her office. The room had zero air flow. She put needles into my back and I was burning up and started passing out from a lack of oxygen. Probably due to the mask and the fact that it was way too hot inside her office. She wouldn’t complete the treatment and still charged me for the full appointment. She didn’t even offer for me to come back a different day. Even said no to a partial refund. If the roles were reversed, I would have at least offered the patient the opportunity the chance to come

This review is long overdue! I started working with Roxanne about a year and a half ago after moving out from the bay.
I had been working with another acupuncturist in Oakland on healing my PCOS and the hopes of becoming pregnant naturally and Roxanne picked up where I had left off without missing a beat!
She is SO knowledgeable about Chinese herbs and acupuncture and how to become pregnant naturally.
I was told when I was 17 that because of my PCOS and my inability to ovulate on my own that I would have to use IUI/IVF to get pregnant.
Long story short, 3 weeks ago after countless acupuncture

Roxanne is amazing. I have gone to her for lower back pain as well as infertility related treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. She is thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She provides research and explains everything. I also appreciate that she never pushes you to buy any of the supplements and herbs that she recommends. She wants you to do your own research and be educated to understand why you are taking something. I feel confident that Roxanne always has my health and best interests as a priority. Definitely go see her!

I came to East West Acupuncture Center / Roxanne for my overall well being. I love that she is an RN and looks at me not only holistically but medically as well. I have been on sleeping pills since 2006 and after only two treatments I haven't taken one sleeping pill to get to sleep since! Roxanne suggests herbs/supplements to help me in other areas and they have been effective also. These treatments have been better than getting a massage, Roxanne puts warmers on my feet and legs, turns off the lights and puts on soothing music, I feel rested and relaxed after every treatment, sometimes

Roxanne is amazing!!! If you are looking for an excellent acupuncturist while doing IVF, she is your gal!!! Not once but twice, she helped me get pregnant!!! Roxanne is a healer! I saw her in 2015 twice for my foot/ankle pain. Her treatment lasted 6 months! She puts the needles in (painless- except for my foot because that hurt a little) and then hooks the needles to some sort of electric pulse to amplify the acupuncture. Then, she puts heat on my feet and back and plays gentle music. So serene! I was starting to get the ache back again. I saw her today and once again immediate relief! This is after going to physical therapy, doing stretches, wearing foot inserts, and using the foam roller. I have done acupuncture in the past and highly recommend it

I finally took my wife's suggestion to try acupuncture to try to relieve shoulder and neck pain. I was skeptical but felt very comfortable after discussing my condition and treatment with Roxanne. I have been bringing my 9 year old son to Roxanne for treatment of his migraine headaches. He had been advised to start daily antidepressant therapy by his neurologist and PCP. Roxanne Feher has not only trained extensively in acupuncture, she is a registered nurse.
