I'm a 29 year old woman and fitness coach, and I consider myself to be very healthy. I workout 5x a week and I eat very cleanly. I was diagnosed two years ago with AFib and life has definitely suffered. It was getting worse. I came upon Owen through a referral on a Lyme group.
I have had acupuncture for years but never have I had an experience like this. I am here to tell you Owen is a miracle worker. He is not a “feel good” acupuncturist. He gets right down to business with precise detail on health.
I have not had an AFib episode since my first visit with him and I could feel a remarkable difference in my heart after one treatment. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is seeking better health for any ailment

Back in February of 2020 I had horrible tinnitus and pain in both ears that was causing me to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night and was making my life absolutely miserable. Then I discovered this acupuncture place. Everyone at this place is so genuine and kind, and you get the sense that they really value health and healing over profits. Acupuncture Medical Center has helped me with chronic lower back and hip pain that I have struggled with for a few years. Owen also has improved my range of motion in my shoulder and arm due to a broken shoulder. Physical therapy had done as much as it seemed possible but acupuncture has improved the range of motion to almost 100%. I am so happy to be able to enjoy my life again. I did some internet research and discovered that chronic stress can lead to the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) being stuck in the on mode which can be the cause of anxiety. I also read that acupuncture can help to calm the sympathetic nervous system. Fortunately for me, I found Acupuncture Medical Center. I had been having pain that was a daily struggle and always turning to over the counter medication and my insides were feel bad because of it. My husband had been going to acupuncture for some time before me, and told me I should give it a try. I am so glad I did, I don’t have the daily pain like I did before.
