Much like the precious review, I showed up to my appointment time to find they had taken a walk-in in my place after forgetting they had my appointment scheduled. Mind you, they weren't busy so there was no excuse to forget about my appointment. They proceeded to say I needed to come back in an hour and were unable to take me on my appointment time. Beware if you value your time and your schedule is tight for services.

Reply: no you did not text 45 minutes before my appointment. My original appointment was for 7:30 (I've posted my booking confirmation), the first text I got was at 7:17. That is not 45 minutes in advance! I have posted the text records (you claim to have) that prove this. In general it's not wise to lie, but especially not when the customer can provide proof. And I was 'offered' just a few dollars off my service only after you cancelled my appointment the second time, however, I had to speak up and REQUEST this discount. It is entirely unprofessional that I had to request this at all considering

My massage experience was excellent!!!
After checking the temperature, she asked if I need a foot bath. YES! it was great. Hot foot bath with some herbal treatment for feet. That was the beginning of the massage. Tina is so attentive. I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. She listened to everything I needed and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. The signature combination massage was so professional but relaxing.
The staff is so nice, the room is spacious and quiet. Definitely come back!
