We will take our temperature with infrared forehead thermometer and may ask you to allow us to take yours. Contact us immediately if you develop symptoms after your session - we will close down and quarantine if anyone develops symptoms. We realize this is a lot to ask. If you don't feel comfortable coming under these circumstances we completely understand.
We also hold space for the possibility that we may not feel comfortable and may need to step back and reevaluate. That's why we're limiting new clients and why we're only opening the schedule to folks who we know will honor all the feelings that may arise. At Massuage Associates we are in our 17th year of partnering with you in your wellness, your wholeness.

Lee has practiced yoga for over a decade. In her yoga teaching she focuses on small group and private classes for clients living with chronic pain and older adults interested in aging well. She strongly believes that the flexibility, balance and mind/body benefits of yoga should be accessible to all.
Lee provides massage therapy every week, as a volunteer, to hospice clients at Montgomery Hospice. We also support this wonderful organization with periodic fundraising events. In recent years we've taken a group of our regular clients to lunch at the Original Pancake House on the day they donated proceeds to the hospice.
This first session of this two-part class features breathing, myofascial stretching and self-massage techniques for caregivers. In the second class we review those techniques and demonstrate and practice massage on others using household pillows and towels as props. This class is appropriate for anyone dealing with stress in their daily life.
Oncology Massage adapts massage therapy to nurture your body, mind and spirit during cancer treatment and recovery. We will work with you to design a session that will minimize side-effects of chemotherapy, radiation and/or surgery using advanced, research-based massage techniques. Massuage Associates is a member of a consortium of local oncology massage therapists so that you can find care close to home.

I have been going to Massuage for several years to help with my chronic pain issues. Lee, who has been my main therapist for this time, has managed to assuage my fibromyalgia, mgraines and other issues with ongoing treatment. but in a single treatment, I can feel the difference in my overall relaxation and especially in my sinuses and feet! The atmosphere is friendly and comfort/relaxation inducing and I would heartily recommend it to anyone who needs any kind of massage therapy! They also have Reiki, in which I have partaken, and other add-ons, as well as information on all sorts of health related

I highly recommend Massage Associates for any massage need. I tried a pre-sports performance massage, since I play fairly competitive tennis-- where my skill is badly worsened by nerves and lack of focus. Well, the problems disappeared after a massage with Emily, when I felt relaxed, balanced, and focused for the next couple of hours of doubles. Emily understands English, and has a talented, smooth sensitive touch, as good or better than a master artful dancer of hands! As a bonus, the center offers Groupon rates without going through Groupon!
