Highly effective method for releasing severe tension and chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past lingering injuries. Deep tissue massage is a firm technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion, decrease trigger points, pain and heal injuries.

Note occasional soreness can occur after treatment, it is recommended to drink plenty of water after the session to aid in removal of toxins. Therapeutic Massage, or Therapeutic Touch, is a light massage technique that helps realign your body's natural energy flows, promotes relaxation, reduce stress and pain.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe and very effective, hands-on technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Many people of all ages experience myofascial pain caused by muscular irritation.

For example, the large upper back muscles are prone to developing myofascial pain that radiates from sensitive points, called trigger points throughout muscle tissue.Fascia is a band or sheet of connective tissue, primarily collagen, beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs.

I have had a variety of different sessions with Mary over the past year, but today was THE BEST! With Mary it's not just a massage - it's spiritual! She intuitively finds the places I didn't even know were hurting and loves them back to life! I have had massages all over the world. Mary is by far one of my favorites! I keep coming back for more!

Wow! I don’t think there are enough words to describe my experience with Mary. I’ll just say that it was life changing. I’ve only experienced the integrative bodywork so far but I’m going to explore all the services she has to offer. Mary is truly gifted and it was such a blessing to have found her.

I just discovered Mary after years of going to big chain spas. I'll keep coming to Mary, she is simple the best. She's very experienced and does a great job working out knots in my neck and shoulder blades. I also like the fact that you get much more personalized service with her. Amazing massage, I feel like a new person. Thank you Mary.

Mary knows her stuff. I've been to at least 30 massage therapist over the pass 20 years. Mary is the only therapist I have been to numerous times for different challenges. The word perceptive means showing sensitive insight that fits Mary to a "T".

This isn't like your average massage place, it's much better. Mary guided me to relax as soon she started her session and she could find sore muscles right away. She figured out the intensity of the massage that works best for me without me saying a word and she knew just the right words to say to make me feel great.

Mary is skilled and energetically intuitive, finding focus areas on your body that need the most attention. I saw her for the 'integrated body work' service, where she combines therapies and modalities, incorporating deep tissue, myofascial release and energy/reiki work. Once the massage was over, she left me in a state of total relaxation an ease in muscle aches and an overall feeling of energetic euphoria. Thank you, Mary!!
