For a complex whose supposedly enforcing “you are not to leave your dog on the patio” is sure doing a poor job at doing their job. It’s not my job to tell them whose leaving their dog on the patio. It’s your job as an employee to figure that out. But they don’t care. I got In trouble for leaving mine out for a short period of time so therefore it’s only fair everyone else does to.

Approval process has been a nightmare. I applied for a 2 bed 1 bath. I'm currently in a 2 bed 1 bath in San Antonio and paying the same price as to what their pricing rate is. Instead of bothering to check my rental history. They said I don't have enough income to afford their apartments. Let it make sense. I'm pretty sure that because I told them I was a student (who also works full time) I have been discrimated against. Manager does not work with you or bother.no way will I downgrade to a one bedroom when I'm in the same floor plan for the SAME PRICE that I'm in now. 👎

I've been here 2½ years now and I still really enjoy living here. The manager and maintenance people are outstanding in my opinion. Issues are dealt with quickly and very efficiently. I can't speak to any of the negative comments listed in other reviews, but I can honestly say that as of this time when I'm writing this review I have seen none of the negatives some people have written here. I intend to stay here a very long time as I'm totally satisfied with this apartment complex and its management. As a retired music educator, I spend most of my days here and I see all the work that goes on around

I wish would have never moved in!! My apartment has so much fixed patched water damage till I can’t hang some stuff on the wall...I didn’t get the upgrades I was promised. They only have one maintenance man trying to fix all the apartments. I can’t wash because my washer connection is broken and no one has been out to fix it. All I keep hearing is one only have one maintenance man sorry. Well that don’t fix the problems in my apartment that should have been fixed before I moved in. But what do they care they got my money and a one year lease outta of me. I am so upset I wish o would have

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but trouble out of this place. The manager and maintenance do the best the can but this property needs to be rehabbed. There are raccoons and cats all over the property. Rats, fleas and the cats gave birth in my grill. This weekend my tire and rim was stolen right off my truck in the parking lot. I was parked directly under a security light. Also the pools are disgusting and none of the pictures on the website accurately show the units on sight. Those are mostly stock photos and pics taken on lawn day. The rest of the week it looks like trash

This is a horrible apartment to live. The maintenance people hardly fix anything and the people in the office never write down your request to fix anything. Also I heard scratching in my walls when I lived here and they kept saying it was a raccoon stuck in the wall. I know what a mouse sounds like and it sound like a mouse not a raccoon. They did not care or bother to help with pest. And if you were at work the day pest control came by then your apartment would not get sprayed. Also their pool maintenance for the back pool is horrible. The water was extremely dirty and green for a few months straight

When one of your residents tells you there is a live animal in distress in her wall and you tell her tell tell you once she doesn’t hear it anymore (because it’s dead) to let you know so you can find the hole it got in and seal it. You tell her you will fine her if she cuts a hole in her Sheetrock but yet you won’t. So she took matters in her own hands and found a baby raccoon that is now going to the wildlife center to be rehabbed and released.

I've been a resident at Forest Creek since the end of last year. I love it! I had to move on such short notice, Amanda (the manager) went above and beyond to move me in. It's very quiet and well kept! My apartment is gorgeous! We have a gym on property and it's 24/7 use to all residents, I love this. I cancelled my gym membership. The grounds are very well kept, if you need any repairs, maintenance responds immediately to your needs. If you're looking for a beautiful home to call your home, call Amanda at Forest Creek! You'll be satisfied.
