Our goal is to match each family with someone who will grow to be as steadfast as kin, and as dependable as kith, all while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
We understand that every family's needs are unique, and will counsel your family on how to make your position appealing and competitive in this fast-paced and tight job market. As a division of Adventure Nannies, we select families to work with who meet our minimum requirements:. Compensation amounting to $30/hr or $1200-$1500+ per week, depending on amount of hours and overtime.
Christa was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, home of beautiful beaches at Presque Isle, and intense Lake Effect snow. Growing up with three sisters and lots of cousins made her into a natural caregiver and extroverted "people person". At 18, she made like a bird and flew south for college, obtaining her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Early Childhood Education) from the University of Texas Arlington.
Every parent wants what is best for their child, and finding the best care can be an incredibly daunting task. Having direct access to a nanny or housekeeper found on a website sounds great in theory, but sorting through hundreds of online profiles takes countless hours, and the range in quality of applicants is vast.
Once the application is complete, you'll have a free consultation call with a member of our team and, if it's a good fit for everyone moving forward, we will send over our agreement to sign. Once it is signed and our launch fee has been paid, we will introduce you to your placement counselor, who will serve as your main point of contact throughout the search.

This is an incredible resource in the very over saturated field of nannies and families seeking childcare. Christa at Kith and Kin is just fabulous. We had a horrid time in our search for a nanny and she just saved the day.
