Worst experience ever! Had surgery scheduled with Dowbak, but I'm convinced she was NOT the PS that performed my surgery. Everything is uneven and now I have an infection! Hospitals won't touch me and getting in contact with anyone from the facility has been IMPOSSIBLE! This type of patient abandonment should be illegal.. I'm stuck with a wound that would not heal (its been 2 months) and idk what to do. Save your life and your body and go somewhere else!

This place are some stealers they take your money they don’t want to give it back to you even if you didn’t operate at time they take the money from card they promise you the best doctor. Later they call you they tell you the doctor or the date isn’t invalid then they don’t want to give your money back when their supposedly to separate a date and a doctor.for this staff they use the coordinada and managers new life and 305 plastic surgery they have staff this way of different people of all countries if you want to Get surgery go to a professional place .

Do your research and don't go to this place. Once you pay your deposit and signed your contract you're done. Their costumer service is horribly, if you have to reschedule your surgery or anything, is impossible. They never answered and they don't care either. They charge extra money for no reason and once you're there you have to pay in CASH only. Very unprofessional. They have no nurses and the employees are rude all the time. They booked to many patient a day and is just dangerous.

Going to new life was honestly the worst choice I could have made for plastic surgery. I came from Colorado because it’s cheaper here . But please BEWARE OF NEW LIFE PLASTIC SURGERY. It is a factory I was told my surgery was at 830 am I showed up at 730 and did not get even a meeting with the dr until 230pm!!! I was not given my prescription at post opp. At that there is no post opp you don’t see the dr until you are about to go in. It was horrible I suggest going to a smaller nicer cleaner more professional facility. New life is dirty you feel like you will get infected walking around . One

My surgeon did a great job. He is really professional. There’s no doubt in my mind. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff working in the or that day were extremely nice. I can’t say anything positive about the clinic. It’s a factory. They are all about money and once they get it forget it. It’s hard to contact them and to top it off you don’t have contact with your doctor after. You’re on your own after that!!!
