First off, "Erin" tried overcharging me by $50. After that was straightened out as a "mistake" I got the report from my home inspection. After going back out to the house and taking someone with me, we found MAJOR structural damage, the house was actually sinking down in the ground, You could NOT take a shower as the shower head was not even connected to the wall, no water even going to that shower head, these issues were never reported, or even noted during this FULL home inspection...? After reaching out to Erin and bringing this to light, she said she would send the owner back out to re-inspect

Blake and FHI came as a recommendation from our realtor for our home inspection. I called and he was out at the property doing the inspection the next day. The day after that, I got a call from him detailing the inspection and received the written report within 48 hours. I could not have asked for an easier transaction. Blake was very friendly and made sure I had no other questions or concerns about the inspection and was also readily available for my husband to call to ask questions once he read over the report. Definitely recommend!
