I didn't feel like they did anything during the inspection. I'm not sure why I paid so much money for something I could have easily done. I told them my concerns and they called our realtor to explain, not the paying customer. That's disrespectful and a weird thing to do. They replied to my concerns via email initially, in all caps, then called the realtor.

Promptly performed inspections of property we have a contract on. Inspections are thorough and contain pictures of major components and issues discovered. As I am currently unable to personally visit and examine the property myself, I am totally dependent on pictures and relayed information from others to make decisions about the purchase of this property.

John did the most professional job I have ever experienced on an inspection he also answered every question I asked him and took pictures galore I bought a an older home and he went through it with a fine-tooth comb and told me everything that he possibly could that was wrong with it and what was right with it and I have open eyes now as to what I'm buying he did a very very good professional job I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a excellent quality inspection.

As usual, John did a great job. He then explained to the buyer what he found & possible solutions. The report he sent is thorough with pictures & explanations of what we were looking at. Very easy for buyers to read & understand. Highly recommended!!!!

Mr Schwartz is very nice, we had them do a 4 point inspection on our house we are purchasing and he takes his time to thoroughly go through everything, For my first time using them I would recommend Trusted Home Inspections, the wait time for the report is about 24 hours or less.

Very thorough, organized, detailed and easy to follow report with lots of pictures highlighting items of concern as they are listed per room or system.
All parts of the structure seem to have been addressed: Roof, exterior and room by room interior, as well as the heating and AC, plumbing, water well, electrical system and visual inspection of the septic and structural components.
Particularly impressed with the thorough electric systems check inside and outside, and that GFCI and polarity checks on the outlets were done as it uncovered some otherwise imperceptible issues.
Money well spent.
